The Surviving Rangers, Training Day at Marsh Village

           The Brown Cloaks stared at Eresil as if he had four heads after hearing his request. "We'll go on, jump into the lake". Eresil calmly ordered. "Uhhhhh". Anita, Naytan, Pyroy and Array muttered in confusion. "Okay". Melat said cheerfully jumping off the edge of the wood holding up the town and into the murky water below. Everyone then saw Melat jump in and after a couple of seconds Melat ascended out of the water and seemed to be standing. Melat however was covered in muck from the water. "Come on in guys". Melat said. "HELL NO". Everyone except Eresil said who jumped immediatly into the lake. "Come on it's not cold or anything". Melat said. "THAT'S NOT THE PROBLEM YOU DOPE, THE WATERS FILTHY". The rest yelled. Eresil who was also covered in swamp muck then contributed. "If you don't jump in I'll use Watered Pores from here and get you dirty. Either way you'll be covered in water soon enough. Eresil said. The Brown Cloaks groaned as they all jumped into the polluted, brown, mucky, murky water while all except Eresil and Melat were disgusted by the mud covering their bodies. "Now Watered Pores and Hair Vines are the perfect Pashiva Forms to practice in this environment considering all of the foliage and well, water surrounding us. With Watered Pores what you have to do is take in any water surrounding you and use it expand parts of your body like rubber". Eresil explained. The Brown Cloaks seemed very confused at Eresil's explanation. "Hm, I guess I'll have to demonstrate". Eresil said. He then placed his hand into the cleanest part of the water. He held his palm just into the water as the water around his hand started drain into the pores of his palm. Suddenly his hand started to expand similar to a balloon. He then lifted up his hand with the palm open. Eresil seemed to be concentrating immensely. "I don't get it how does that help"? Anita asked. "What Watered Pores does is it takes in any sort of liquid around, and seeps into your blood stream. Your blood vessels then expand due to the immense concentration it takes simply to bring in the water. Upon your blood vessels expanding you can release them into other parts of your body. For instance, this water is in my right hand right now. However I can transport it to my blood vessels and have them travel to various other points in my body. Watch my arm". Eresil said. Suddenly his balloon inflated right hand then deflated back to its normal size while the large lump around his hand then traveled slowly up his arm. The Brown Cloaks watched in amazement as the lump of water traveled then into Eresil's torso expanding it by the slightest margin. However his torso then deflated back to its original size as the watery lump then reached his left arm as it then traveled down into left hand. "That's incredible". Pyroy said. "That's not it. You've just witnessed me simply transporting the water to another part of my body. Now what I can do to give the full effect is now take full control of this water and push it out of my blood vessel into my muscles". Eresil explained. "Wait out through your pores"? Array asked. Eresil concentrated heavily until he reached a point where he seemed to be in pain as his hand started to become bruised. However his hand started to double in size to what it was when   Eresil simply had the lump of water still in his blood stream. This means technically Eresil's hand was quadruple the size it was normally. Eresil seemed as stressed and pained as his hand was with. Eresil's hand started to strain from the force that the muscles were creating when dilating. The rest of the Brown Cloaks seemed amazed. "That's so cool". Melat said cheerfully. "Wait but what's the point in doing this"? Naytan asked. "Watered Pores only works effectively when you release it to your muscles. When you release it to your muscles it makes your overall physical strength double in capability. But naturally it has a weakness, or rather very many weaknesses. One, you need water around for you to be able to use it. Two, it takes time for you to transport it to where you want it. Three, it'll slow you down depending on how much water you take in, the amount I put in will slightly slow me down. And four, if you put in too much water you'll risk either over hydration or having your blood vessels break open completly and you'll bleed to death from the inside. Or if you manage to survive that part, you could tear your muscles apart and cause permanent damage to them". Eresil said. "So is there a specific amount of water to take in"? Pyroy asked. "It's like I said before I'm not particularly an expert on it so I wouldn't recommend using any more then this amount". Eresil said. "Wait then how do you get the water out of your body"? Melat asked. Eresil smirked as he held out his hand with the water in it and suddenly a large splash of water came firing out of it deflating his hand back to normal size. Everyone saw it happen and they seemed amazed by the performance. "Now, Hair Vines". Eresil said. He then reached down into the water and then pulled out a clump of seaweed. He then held it in his hands and concentrated on it. "Considering that it's simply a bundle of seaweed it won't be a perfect demonstration but it should give you the idea. Hair Vines involves you using any plant life and applying it to your own bodily hairs". Eresil said while the seaweed in his hands started to be duplicated in his hair's place. Suddenly every strand of hair on Eresil's head, arms and legs started to be turned into a piece of seaweed. Once the transformation was completed there was no applause from the Brown Cloaks as there was for Watered Pores. Suddenly Melat and Naytan started laughing. "Hhahahahaaaa what is that, it looks ridiculous hahhahahaha". Naytan said while laughing while Melat couldn't even get words out. Eresil seemed amused by their ignorance and performed an attack with the seaweed on his head. The seaweed on his head then started to stretch about ten feet as he the manipulated the movements of the seaweed as it started to whip it around creating loud cracks that sounded as if they would come from a whip. Some of the slashes he created were capable of creating a slight draft similar to a Melat's wind slash only on a very weak scale. Suddenly Melat and Naytan stopped laughing when they saw it. "Eresil then expanded the seaweed on his arms as the seaweed wrapped itself around his arm until his arm was surrounded in an armor of seaweed. "Hair Vines can utilize any plant life. Seaweed for instance can grow as the seaweed on my arm. You can utilize any plant life and make it useful, all it takes is some thought and creativity". Eresil said. "Now the catch for using Hair Vines is that one, you need foliage in your hand in order for it to be used. Similar to Point Nail how you need a sharp object in order to grow your nails. Also similar to Point Nail it can only be beaten if the roots of the hairs are ripped from the subjects body. Fortunately once the foliage attached to your body is ripped off, then your normal hair will grow back in a matter of minutes". Eresil explained. "So now we know four forms of Pashiva then I guess". Array said. "I now know five". Pyroy said. "Well you need to train with them first. Until Felren comes back from his little hunt we will be practicing these forms". Eresil said. The rest of the Brown Cloaks then dispersed as they started to train on the two new forms of Pashiva.
