Chapter 10: Longemont Hotel

When we entered the black limo, almost all of our eyes went wide eye in amazement.

"Woah!"

"Rad!"

"Cool!"

"Awesome!"

The seats were long enough for all of us to fit in. The wall was covered with leather with some sort of ocean waves and in front of us stand an all class of wines and glasses, and beside it has a half shelf full of jars of snacks and treats. There was also a mini flat screen TV above the glass and wine stand. And beside the TV are the bluetooth speaker systems and are currently playing the song Do it again by: Pia Mia.

I heard Chloe scoff. "I bet my Daddy can buy much better limo than this lame limo." She said as she crossed her arms. Two body guards turned and gave her a glare as she yelp.

"做好准备." The driver said in Chinese. Nino, Juleka, Rose, Nathaniel, and Sabrina stared at me.

"He says: Get ready." I said with a shrug. They all nodded as we settled everything.

As we drove off, I was getting really uncomfortable. Now that Chloe keeps wrapping her arms around me while trying hard to kiss me on the lips, which I awkwardly avoided. I asked Nino for help but he just laughed at me which cause me staring at him, deadpan. I'll kill you in your sleep!

"Dude, it's not my fault you're born handsome." Nino teased while laughing. I only scoff and finally got Chloe to sit back on her seat as she pout. It doesn't work on me, sorry.

While on the ride, Juleka, Nathaniel and Rose started messing with the snack shelf, eating everything they found. Rose started eating her lollipop as Juleka started eating her cookies while dipping it on a jar of milk chocolate. Nathaniel keeps chewing a few gumballs.

"Dude, you gotta try this." Nino said as he shows me a jar full of somewhat crunchy balls and was dipped in chocolate.

"It's salty at the same time sweet." He added. I nodded and grabbed one. Once the crunchy ball reached my mouth, I started savouring it. Nino was right! The outside was sweet and once you started chewing it, you'll definitely taste the center, which is a bit salty.

"Hm! Amazing! Never taste something like this!" I exclaimed once I already swallowed the crunchy ball. Sorry, don't know what this food called.

"Everyone drink this!" A guard said from the front seat. He opened a window in between the front/driver's seat and to the back seat.

He grabbed a non-alcoholic wine called May. It is a 100% sparkling white grape juice that is made from Belgium. He also grabbed seven glasses and poured the wine inside and passed it to us.

The smell that hits my nose is very familiar. We all drank it and it tasted very sweet but there's a little acid once you drink the wine and reach your throat. It feels like I'm eating a fresh grapes.

"Cool! This is the first time I've drink a wine with sweet taste." Nathaniel commented. I have to admit, I agree with him. Usually, the wines that I've been drinking were a bit acidic and bitter-sweet.

"Ugh! It taste horrible! Don't you have other wines that is better that this?" Chloe complained as she wears a disgusted face. The two guards ignored her and closed the window between us.

"Chloe! You know strong wines are prohibited for us teenagers to drink." I said in annoyance. Nino pat my back of my shoulder then said something to back me up.

"Dudes right! There's nothing to complain about. You should be thankful those body guards even let you take a drink." Nino said in complete bored. The others nodded with agreement, except for Sabrina.
