When I pulled into my driveway, I noticed that my father's car isn't here, he probably has an important case to work on.

I went into the kitchen and grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl and a water bottle from the refrigerator and dragged my body up the stairs, planning on doing some homework.

Once I got into my room, I changed into a sports bra, comfy sweats, and shrugged a sweatshirt on. I lazily put my hair into a messy bun and collapsed on my bed with a sigh. Getting out all my homework and putting it in front of me while mindlessly stiffiling my yawns.

Once I saw all my homework that I had to finish by tomorrow, my eyes started to feel heavy and my yawns became more persistaint. I sighed and rest my back on my bed thinking I would just rest my eyes for 5 minutes....

"Alison dinner is ready." My sister whispered, trying to wake me up.

I yawned and stretched my limbs, probably unattractivly, before replying, "Erm..okay. Be down in a bit."

I went into the bathroom and saw my hair was a dishevled mess ontop of my head, I had one arm out of the sleave of the sweatshirt and my pajama shorts were backwards. To say I'm a crazy sleeper is an understatement.

Once I finished the mess that was my hair and traded the sweatshirt for an old t-shirt I dragged my, still, sleeply limbs down the stairs and padded my way to the kitchen.

"Hello kiddo, how was your first day of school?" My father greeted after I sat down at the table

"It was good. I made 3 friends." I answered with a nonchalant shrug.

"That's great. What's their names?" My father questioned, waiting on my reply.

"Chloe, Perrie, and Eleanor." I replied

"I heard that they smoke." My sister rudely interjected

"Actually, only the boys do. The girls don't." I defended.

"The boys?" My dad asked with raised eyebrows

I didn't want to tell him about them yet, mainly because of the last time I hung out with guys. Especially now that I know they smoke.

"Uhm yeah. There are these boys that the girls hang out with. Trust me, I won't start again, Dad." I replied. I didn't want to say anything about the boys yet because, knowing my father, he would want to know about them and if they do any bad stuff, knowing what happened last time I got caught up with that crowd.

"And what are their names?" My father asked while dropping his fork on his plate, giving me his full attention.

"Uhm..Liam, Louis, Niall, Zayn, and Harry." I muttered. My mind flashed back to when Harry flipped me off and when our gazes met in History. Does he not like me? How wouldn't he like me I mean..he doesn't even know me.

"Oh. Alison I trust you, okay? I just..don't want to go throught that again. I thought this move would be good for you, for us. I mean if you start again then I just don't know what I'm going to do about it." My father snapped me out of my thoughts.

"I know, dad. I promise it won't happen." I reassured him. I love my father so much and I feel like I don't deserve him especially how I used to treat him and...mom.

"Okay well I'm going back up to my room. Night dad. Night Lindsey." I hollered from the top of the stairs.

"Goodnight" They replied in unision before I shut my door and pulled out my phone.

I sighed and ploppted down onto my bed. I groaned inwardly when I remembered that I probably won't be getting any sleep since I took a nap earlier but boy was I wrong...
