Same Sh*t, Different Country

Sebastian and I might be officially moving to Milan, I couldn't get over how beautiful the city was, how a lot of it was so old but better than any of the new architect I was used to back home. It was classic and I made sure Sebastian took a bunch of photos of me. We had managed to go to Sforza Castle, Duomo and so many other great places and there was no way we're going to see everything I wanted to see but I was going to try my damndest.

"Babe come on? We need to go shopping!" I rolled my eyes as I tried to pull Sebastian in the direction of Milan Cathedral, but he was trying to pull me in the opposite direction and he was winning but not easily. Now that food was in my belly I was ready to explore as much as possible before we had to head back.

I was tempted to stop and sit on the ground to get him to stop pulling me but decided it best not to act like a child "Bash we can seriously go shopping anytime anywhere, this is my time!" I whined as he tucked me under his arms kissing my temple.

Sebastian chuckled "Ti amo. Trust me I want to show you everything but my mother informed me that my grandmother has decided to throw a last minute party, and we need outfits; and I'm pretty sure with it being my grandmother we didn't pack the right clothes. Plus my mother sent me a picture of the dress she wants and as we all know, we don't say no to Giselle Basile. Now please come with me?" He questioned and instead of answering I locked my fingers into his allowing him to take me wherever it was we need to go.

"So what this party about? Is your grandma going to invite all the eligible bachelorette in hopes you will choose one of them over me?" I laughed at the outrageous idea but that quickly dying when I saw Sebastian's worried expression.

"You are shitting me right?" I pulled my hand out of his ready to blow.

"Bella." He whined "That's how my mother makes it seem but I highly doubt that. Even if it was I promise you we will leave the moment either of us get the inkling."

"If your mom said it, it's probably TRUE. This is bs..., but you know what I'm going to go and I'm going to look so good. If anyone steps wrong-"

"No one will I promise, and if anyone does let me know asap love. Now let's go shopping, did I mention this is one of the world's oldest shopping malls?" He handed me the car keys and now I was fully on board with the shopping.

"Seriously, how in the fuck did you wear those shoes all day?" Sebastian removed my shoes before I slid into the car ready for the trek back to the villa and ready to be in the comfy bed I called mine for the time being.

"They don't start hurting until I take them off, plus haven't you heard the expression beauty is pain? Seat belt." I gave him a huge grin revving the engine and pulling off. "Plus don't you like it when I look all pretty for you?" I batted my eyelashes.

"You look pretty to me always. We did look damn good today, like a collective unit" He replied sleepily. Within thirty minutes Sebastian I could see the city lights behind me and hear Sebastian's soft breathing signalling he was asleep.

The party was amazing and I had to give Rosina props not many people could throw a party of this size together in less than a week, and with that being said I was shocked how many people were here. Everyone I met so far was kind and welcoming and I spoke with them in what little Italian I knew, but most of them were nice enough to take pity on me and speak in English; which was far more superior than my Italian.

"Uccellino. You look gorgeous! I'm shocked my son hasn't taken you to one of the rooms yet! Maybe he isn't as bright as I thought..." Giselle tsked holding my hand up as I did a little spin for her. I had to admit that I looked pretty damn good decided to go with a short black laced, v-neck dress by Alexander McQueen and the girls were on full display in a very nice, classy kind of way.
