3. Hold Me Tight

The words stung me and created a deep wound in my heart, one that could only be healed by the one who spoke them. My legs, which could no longer carry my body, gave in and I collapsed to the floor, unable to control my emotions. My brother turned his head back to the front and continued walking, everyone around me shocked about what he had just done.

"Hyung! Yoongi hyung!" Namjoon and Hoseok oppa called out. Yoongi oppa continued walking and ignored them. They eventually gave up and everyone turned to look at me, the girl who was crying uncontrollably. Jimin and Jin oppa were already by my sides and Namjoon and Hoseok oppa were kneeling infront of me. I leaned on Jimin oppa and buried my head in his chest. Jin oppa rubbed my back as I cried and Namjoon and Hoseok oppa supplied me with love, support and of course, tissue. Lots and lots of tissue. From the corner of my eyes, I saw Namjoon oppa shake his head disappointedly.

"I can't believe it," he spoke. "At a time like this, he left her. She has no-one else, no family left but him, she needs him the most right now and he just blamed everything on her and left." Jin oppa nodded his head head in agreement.

"That's true, Namjoon but he's going through the exact same thing she is. He just lost his parents too," said Hoseok oppa.

"But hyung, she's more hurt than he is. She's younger, more fragile and he just put all the blame on her and left," Jimin oppa said. "So now tell me hyung... Who's more hurt?" Hoseok oppa nodded, understanding what Jimin oppa had just said.

"You're right, Jimin. Krystal is more hurt, definitely more hurt than Yoongi hyung is," he said.

"Hoseok. Namjoon," Jin oppa said. "Yoongi still needs support. You guys go, Jimin and I will be here for Krystal." Namjoon and Hoseok oppa hesitated for a moment; they looked at each other then at me.

"But Krysta-" said Namjoon oppa before I cut him off.

"Go," my voice came out shakier than I had expected. "Yoongi oppa needs you guys. I'll be fine."

"You sure?" asked Hoseok oppa. I nodded weakly. "Okay. Take care of her okay, Jimin? Jin hyung?" Both of them looked at Hoseok oppa and nodded. They bid farewell to him and Namjoon oppa and my brother's best friends headed towards my home.

Jimin oppa turned to look at me and he hugged me tighter, my head still buried in his chest. I continued to cry, unaware that that I was creating multiple tear stains on his shirt. It didn't seem to bother him. Jin oppa, on the other hand, called Yoongi oppa to see if he could bring him back to his senses. He was at it for a while, pacing up and down the hallway of the hospital while trying to reason with him.

"Min Yoongi, liste-" Jin oppa got cut off as Yoongi hung up the phone. He sighed.

"What happened?" Jimin oppa asked, looking up at Jin oppa.

"He hung up the phone," Jin oppa replied. Jimin oppa looked back down.

"Did you manage to change his thoughts and opinions on the situation?" Jimin oppa asked yet another question.

"Unfortunately, ani," replied Jin oppa. The hallway was then filled with silence; the only sounds that could be heard were the sounds of Jimin oppa trying to comfort me and me crying. My head was beginning to hurt but I was so out of control that I was oblivious to it. I cried so much that I suddenly felt sick. I quickly lifted my head from Jimin oppa's chest and ran towards the bathroom.

"Krystal?" he called out. I couldn't respond so I ignored him, continuing to run to the bathroom. Once I was inside, I quickly locked myself inside a cubicle and vomited in the toilet. After that happened, I flushed the contents of my stomach and went to wash my mouth. From the corner of my eye, I saw my reflection (Rap Monster 😏) in the mirror: a girl with disheveled hair, puffy red eyes and an unusually pale face. After washing my mouth, I walked out of the bathroom feeling weaker than before, my head throbbing as the pain of the headache increased. I used the wall for support as I was too weak to walk properly.
