Bonus content (part 2)

Magnus P.O.V

After the ceremony, we drove off to the beach, where I had prepared everything for the party. It was the beach where I had asked Alec to be my fiancé, I thought this was fitting. As we arrived Alec stopped in his tracks and gasped. We were faced by burning candles standing in the warm sand. All the guests were already here, thanks to the portal I created for them. Long tables were lined up on our right and left, building a walk to the front, where someone had placed a little stage with a microphone which took place in the middle and a few instruments, lined up besides. I was staring at Magnus and he just took my arm and led me to a table with seats for the two of us, flowers sticking to the silver silk blanket that was laying above every table. The guests began clapping as we passed them and Izzy, who I spotted one row behind us gave both of us thumbs up and Jace, who sat next to her with his girlfriend Clary screamed: "Malec is real", which earned him laughter from the other guests and us. In the moment I was about to pull back my chair Magnus took a hold of it and pulled it back for me, gesturing me afterwards with a single move of his hand to sit down, which I did, after I muttered a soft "Thanks."

"Magnus, did you do all of this?" I asked, as the peoples' clapping died down.

"Izzy helped me-"

"Not really." A voice behind us spoke up making both of us turn around, only to be faced by Isabelle. "I tried, but his ideas were so much better, so I gave up after some time. Magnus is understating again. And before I forget it: Congratulations, you two!" She told us and nearly crushed our bones with her tight hug.

"Well thank you." Both of us said pushing her back slightly, rescuing us from being choked to death.

She smiled at us and turned around, placing herself back next to Jace, muttering something that sounded like "First.", which made Jace pout and stand up. Before he could ran up to us I lifted my hand and started a little speech.

"Hello everyone. We are very pleased to see all of you gathered her and we are happy that most of the invited could make it. We made sure that you won't regret coming here today and I won't talk much, preventing you from partying. Soo, have fun and enjoy." I said, followed by clapping and the other people speaking out congratulations and wishes. After that Magnus lad me to the giant wedding cake he choose, which we cut into pieces for every guest. It was a beautiful cake. It was half black and half glittery. The both sides fusing in the middle, looking like a night sky. In the middle of the cake was a timeline from our first date till our wedding today with dates.

"That's extremely cheesy, but the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, thank you so much Mags. It's even better than I've imagined." He said looking around in amazement.

"It was a pleasure. Thank you for letting me though."

Alec just smiled as response, as the band started playing before the singer started too. Alec turned around suddenly, his whole face lighting up.

"You did not! Hell Magnus!" He exclaimed turning around again hugging me so tight I thought this would be my last.

"I knew they are your favourite. May I have this dance?" I asked, holding my hand out for him and looking him deep in his eyes."

"Panic at the disco, was always my favourite! And yes you may." He said as he took my hand and we danced slowly to the song 'Always'. Alec laid his head against mine and placed is arms around my neck. We didn't talk anymore, we simply enjoyed each other's company, breathing in the others' magnificent scent. I didn't feel it, but as soon as the song ended the other people had built a circle around as and clapped, smiling in awe. I grinned and Alexander gave me a short kiss, before we parted again, as the new song 'I write sins not tragedies' started playing. I thought that Alexander didn't like this kind of dancing and singing, but as soon as the refrain started he sang along with the singer and started dancing like I've never seen him dancing. And damn, that looked hot. Everybody joined him and I did too, after I snapped back to reality. The whole evening continued like that, dancing, laughing, singing, drinking and chatting with the other guests, till it was time for some speeches. I planned the speeches originally for the other guest, since I've told Alexander everything I felt for him and even wrote it down and only repeating all of this wouldn't be so special anymore. I knew that Alexander hated speaking in front of many people so I thought the speeches held were only from Izzy or Jace, but as Alec stepped on the stage, a little nervous tapping on the microphone I was surprised.

Everyone stopped what they were doing and Alec began speaking.

"Hi everyone, ehm I don't want to stop you from having fun, but I wanted to address a few words to my lovely husband over there." He said pointing to me. I felt stares at me, but my look still rested on Alec at the front, showing him he had my full attention, not like he ever hadn't.

"First of all I wanted to thank you for everything. I wanted to thank you for the memories we shared, which turned to be the best of my life. I wanted to thank you for making me a better person, for supporting me, for making me believe in me. I'm thankful for you, this unreal human being that makes me smile every day; that makes me proud. When I came here, I was a stupid, uncertain, shy and fearful guy that would have never even dreamed of this moment. A guy that was afraid of himself and everything new. I thought life was just a necessary burden everyone had to deal with. I had nothing to lose. You managed to show me the beauty in this world. You are the reason I'm afraid. I fear I could lose all of this, I fear that one day I will be alone, without seeing the perfect face of yours. You are the reason I believe in love at first sight. You are the reason why I always have glitter in my face and on my clothes, and hell are these little things hard to get rid of." He said, which made everyone laugh between tears that were already falling. "What I wanted to say is that you are the best thing that could have ever happened to me and I curse every second I spent without you. I'm still worried to lose you and- no." He stopped for a few seconds to think about something, before he continued. "To be honest, I'm not. Not anymore, because I don't regret any second I spent with you and it was more than just worth it. Even if you would die, I wouldn't lose you, 'cause you will be in my heart; a part of me. Forever. And nothing could ever change that, not even death. I love you Magnus Bane and I will for the rest of my life."
