Chapter 13

Li Mei's POV

"Where's Yuan Yuan?" Makayla asks as she came into art class.

"Shouldn't you know?" I growl and she smirks.

"Don't be jealous. But Yuan Yuan's lips were so soft and-"

"Shut up." I cut her off.

"Why should I listen to YOU? Quit being jealous." She laughed.

I got up and moved. Where IS Wang Yuan? No. Don't think about him.

I couldn't wait for 6. Maybe Dominic will treat me better than Wang Yuan did. Definitely. Dominic isn't the kind of person to cheat on me like Wang Yuan did. I wonder where he's taking me?

RING! RING! RING!

I grabbed my stuff and rushed out of the classroom. I went into the gym and saw Junkai, Qin Qin, and Qian Xi. But no Wang Yuan. Whatever. I don't want to see or speak to him right now.

~After School~

Qin Qin's POV

Qian Xi and I rushed home, eager to check on Wang Yuan.

We opened the door. The living room was a mess! There were empty chip bags and ice cream containers scattered over the floor and Wang Yuan was passed out on the couch, holding a spoon.

I shook him awake.

"Wang Yuan! What the heck happened in here?!" I asked, panicking.

"Huh? Just had a light snack. Nothing much." He yawned.

Qian Xi started picking up the trash.

"Go get the vacuum, Wang Yuan. Qian Xi and I will throw away all this trash." I instructed as he gives me a nod.

Li Mei's POV

"Are you ready to go yet?" I asked Junkai.

"Yea, hold on. Let me just put this in my locker." He answers as he shoves his textbook into his locker.

He nods and we head to the exit.

Wang Yuan's POV

After I finish vacuuming, I plop onto the couch and open a bag of chips.

"Wang Yuan, you should really stop stress eating!" Qin Qin says, worriedly.

I nod and continue eating while turning on the TV.

Li Mei's POV

As soon as Junkai and I arrive at the house, I go straight to my room. I had to get ready for my date.

'What kind of clothes should I wear?' I texted Dominic.

'Just casual clothes.' He replies. I change into a white shirt and some white ripped jeans.

I check the time. 5:55. I hurry downstairs just as the doorbell rings.

Wang Yuan's POV

Ding dong!

I get up to answer the door just as Xiao Li comes down the stairs.

I open the door. Ugh. Dominic. What's he doing here?

"Hey man." He gives me a friendly smile when he notices Xiao Li.

He walks past me.

"Hey. You ready to go?" He asked, taking Xiao Li's hand.
