"No no no and no,why should I..she can go home on her own right? she's not a kid she can get a ride on her own and besides if anyone sees me giving an employee a ride it would be a scandal..yes yes,you did the right thing Regina"Regina was busy talking to herself when her phone rings.

"Yes Katherine"

"Finally! Reg you answered!I've been trying to call you for ages,For a moment I was convinced that Emma actually kidnapped you"

"Huh?"she said confused.

"Huh?,that's it! we're all worried sick about you and all you say is huh? Tsk tsk tsk,tell me honestly Reg where have you two really been?"

"Long story,I can't tell you now Kath I'm driving I need to hang up bye!"

"Reg!..."end of line..

Regina sighed deeply as glancing at rearview mirror her eyes caught sight of  a familiar red leather coat lying at the backseat.

"What is her coat doing in MY car?did she?Regina remembers waking up covered with the coat,Damn Swan how could you be so stupid"

She's freezing out there and it's all because of you.you left her.Regina's conscience continues to torment her making her more and more troubled.Thinking of Emma's situation made her worried"It's a big no Regina if you go back in there she'll think you cared that Swan's head would blow up like a balloon so NO..don't let that happen besides you're the CEO,for crying out loud"she let out a long and deep sigh tapping the wheel, her eyes tries to focus on the road but the red coat is distracting her"come on!"she punched the stirring wheel and cursed and then took a u-turn.

Meanwhile Emma stood outside the convenient store continuously rubbing her hands trying to keep herself warm.

"God,Emma your freezing!",Ruby pulled over and immediately got out of her car she removes her jacket and put it around Emma.

"Thanks Rubes!"her lips are shaking while she speaks..

"Why are you out here in the cold?Coz my bitch of a boss left me here!Where's your coat?right!my coat! and wait! Mills & Co is definitely not on this side of the county?"Ruby raised her brows suspiciously waiting for Emma's response.

"I'll tell you the whole story later when we get home but right now dude I need to keep myself warm I don't wanna die of hypothermia"

"You should have think of that ahead"

"Ruby!"

"Okay,Let's go"

Just when Emma was about to get inside the car
she saw Regina's black lamborghini return which made her wonder.She gave it a second look.

"I thought you're in a hurry, what are you still standing there Em?"

"Yeah sorry,let's go!"why would she come back for me ,she shakes her head and spare one last glance at the car then got inside Ruby's car.

Regina didn't get out of the car.She just stared at Emma from the inside.She saw a car pull over and red-haired girl emerged.If I'm not mistaken that's the same girl I saw taking Emma's things that day.Regina thought then she saw Emma looking her way she docked then after a while she placed a hand on her temple"You are an Idiot Regina! how could she see you,your car windows are tainted."Regina didn't leave until she saw them leave"Well at least now I don't have to feel guilty"she shrugged then speed off.

When she arrived at her penthouse Regina only went to the kitchen to pour herself a glass of water then went straight to bed,her body slowly felt the impact of the events of the day her she's almost uncapable of removing her shoe,she didn't even had time to remove her make-up,her legs and foot hurts from all the running,all the muscles in her body is sore,she falls flat on her bed staring at the ceiling breathing heavily still wearing the same outfit,but when she replayed the event in her head from the moment Emma bluntly took her hand and drags her away with her,their heart-stopping encounter with Klaus and his armed men,Emma covering up for her putting up a brave face,Emma giving her a piggyback ride and the funny scenario where she hit Emma with a taser.Regina let's out a laugh and giggled like a teenager,her lips curved into a smile but then suddenly frowns..
