A year ago..

"Emma baby,,,open your eyes for me uh!you said we're going to watch the sunset together"Regina said holding Emma's hands.While they were escorted to the ambulance.

"Ms. can we ask you for the details of what happened before the patient collapsed?"

"I-i have no idea,I we..ahmm"Regina struggled to speak."Are we close to the hospital now!"she asked.

"May we know what's your relationship to the patient?"

"She's my...she's my.....she's someone dear to me so you better save her"

Regina felt the ambulance stopped.

"We're here"the guy said..then the ambulance door open and a group of doctors were waiting for us and immediately Emma was being carried down.

"Regina what are you doing here?"a voice caught Regina's attention.

"Frank!"

"Never thought I would see you dress like that,I heard you're getting married"trying to suppress a laugh

"Frank I don't have time for this,is Uncle Gregory here?"

"Yeah dad has just arrived from a conference in Europe why?"

"Good!where is he"

"In his office?"

"Okay thanks"Regina run and left the man wondering.

"I need your help!"

"Wow no hi or hello from my beautiful niece....what's with the rush and why do you look like you've run a marathon"the old man commented.

"I have no time for jokes Uncle Greg"the man sense the urgency in Regina's voice.

"What's the problem dear"tears are welling up in Regina's eyes as he looked at the man who he treated as her second father.Gregory was Henry,Regina's father's brother.So Frank was her cousin.Regina can't lie to him,he knows her perfectly well.So she told her what happened and who Emma is in her life..

"I don't know what will I do if I lost her"Regina sobbed and Greg comforted him.

"Let's go see her okay"

They went to Emma room and the blonde is still unconscious.

"Why is she still not waking up?"Regina said in panic.The old man smiled.

"Why are you smiling?Please you have to do something"

"I've never seen this side of you,I'll say I'm surprised.If my brother's on here,I'm sure he would be so happy,he thought you are fully consumed with anger and hatred and there's no more hope for you to revert back to the old sweet Regina"

A young doctor came in bringing some results.He's shocked to see the medical director of the hospital in the room.

"Doc,b-based on the lab results it seems like the patient has what we called Aortic valve stenosis it's a defect that narrows or obstructs the aortic valve opening, making it difficult for the heart to pump blood into the aorta.

"But Emma had already undergo transplant years ago"

"Yes ma'am, we are trying to look in all the possible sides but as of now we can't explain how was it not detected after the transplant.The patient seems to know of this but just hide it from everyone"

"So what will happen now?can't you do something  already?"Regina's voice slowly raise.

"Ma'am w-we need to inform her family first"
