"We're setting up at 6:00, right? Yeah, okay. I need your help tonight...loading. This gig could be judge for me" Simon tells clary. Jace sneakily steals Ariana from the rest as clary asks

"Why not ask Ariana?" Simon nods his head towards the truck jace works at. Clary turns and sees jace kissing Ariana's neck her head in his shoulder

"I'm sorry...I ca...I have to go." Clary runs away from them all the way to Magnus bane.

Ariana POV non dimension
I speed Walk into the training room and call for Chris
"Chris... can we talk?" He stops punching the bag and faces me

"Is this where you tell me the engagements off." I look at him confused and shake my head

"What? No. Can we just talk off the record ?"I tell Chris crossing my arms over my chest

"Listen, i need to come clean about what happened in the city of bones. Jace, clary, Alec and...uh.. Isabel. And some vampires and werewolves. They thought they were stopping a war with the down world." I say leaning against the punching bag

"Well, they weren't wrong, but I had orders."

" yeah and I understand that better than anyone. But I can't let izzy and Alec be exiled for this."

"In the eyes of the Clave she's guilty. I mean how do you purpose we get around that?" He asks as I walk up to him

"I may have something that the Clave wants. I can give them the mortal cup." I explain

"Ariana, you have it, why didn't you tell me before?" Chris towers over me with his 6'3ft body competed to my 5'5 height

"I promised jace. And there's this thing with Clary..." I say doing some wired hand gestures

"Jace, is doing what he thinks is right." Isabelle says emotionlessly turning around along with Alec. I walk around them and stop right in front of them

"What's right? He put the whole shadow world in danger. He put you in danger. We have to get him back here. With the cup. It's the only thing that can help you." I say looking directly at my little sister

"They've taken meliorn back to the seelie realm. You can't track him there." I clench my jaw in anger looking at both my siblings

"Not in any normal ways."I push past both of them about to leave the room before being stopped by Alec

"No absolutely not. You cannot track Jace, through your parabatai bound it will weaken both of you. Or break the bond." Alec said quietly muttering the last sentence

"Jace, already weakened it Alec, how does he think I can trust him after what he did?"

"Don't say that please, Ariana. Think about what you're doing."

Third person POV other dimension
Clary walks into the party and sees Jace dancing with Ariana then her mother dancing with valentine. She walks up to her parents and follows her dad towards Ariana and Jace.

"So this must be the Jace I've heard you talk so much about ."

"Uh, yes, sir. Yeah. Hello clary," Clary waved at Jace looking in with a sad face thinking about Ariana and Jace

"Sir is for my farther. Call me...Mr. Morgenstern. And you look after her she may not be related to me but she's like my daughter." Val says pointing his finger at Jace

"Uh, val this is our song." Valentine nods and bids goodbye to Jace and Ariana. They leave clary there standing alone watching the two dance

Ariana's pov
"Ariana don't do this out of anger Jace is still you parabatai."

"I'm not letting Jace sacrifice my sister for his girlfriends pointless Crusade. We're doing this. And if you don't wanna help, get out." I explain to Chris and hodge unzipping my jacket

"I'll help but on one condition. You don't let it get to far. Now your bond with Jace can withstand a certain amount of strain. But you have to promise me that you won't let it break.."

"You don't know how dependent you are on the bond or how dependent you are on each other."

"I have to do this for my family." I take off my shirt leaving me in just a sports bra and lie vertical on the bed
