Silent brothers

"Jace think about what your doing. Your going to the silent brothers. For what for a girl who came only today." I cross my arm looking into my parabatai eyes
"I know what I'm facing Arianna it's fine. Clary!" Jace takes clary's hand in his and I can't help but glare in jealousy  I think I might like jace. As we walk I can't help but think about him and his beautiful features.

We all stop in front of the silent brothers fricken haunted house. Simon takes a step forward
"Alright, hold up" I push him back
"Surprise, surprise. No mundanes allowed just like the training room, right? Wrong!" I look at him unamused
"I've seen every horror movie ever made and the funny best friend who gets left behind...dead man." Isabel laughs as jace, Alec and I still look unamused
"Your not funny so you not the funny best friend your just the best friend that ends up being bait." I told him with crossed arms

"But by all means go ahead. Of course the minute you enter you'll die" I continue Simon stops and turns to me
"Problem is now I don't trust you."

"She's not lying."

"Now. She was before."

"The rune energy in the city of bones will kill any mundane who dares to enter so please..." Alec spreads his hands out
"The silent brothers creep me out. I'll mind the mundane." Izzy says

"Your sacrifice is noted izzy." Jace walked to the entrance as Simon started talking again
" I can't be here anymore jace so I'm gonna go check the perimeter." I walk with Alec
I look back to see jace's arm around clary and turn my head away.

Simon kept on rambling on about clary
"It literally never stops talking." I say leaning my head against the puller getting a headache from the mundane
"Is she always so charming."

"Strongest. Heavy is the head that wears the crown." Simon and Isabel start walking away

I go search for izzy but can't find her I make it back to the silent brothers to no one there
"Jace! Alec! Isabel!" I wait for a response but never got one. They left me
"Damn it." U take out my stele and draw my mothers old rune she created herself. It inflicts a little bit of pain on our parabatai so jace get ready.

Jace POV
After discussing we make our way to the graveyard when I start to feel my parabatai rune burn
"AHHHHH" I scream out in pain falling to my knees. Oh my god, Arianna.
"Jace!" They all run to me
"What's going on." Clary asked

"It's Arianna she using her mothers old rune. If you leave you parabatai or forget them it inflicts pain on you. Arianna decided to use it." I push my self of the ground and stand up

Arianna POV
I call izzy and ask where they are she told me they where in the graveyard getting weapons. I make my way to the graveyard to see jace teaching clary to use a seraph blade. Very closely might I add. That hurt badly

I clap making clary and jace turn to me
"Forgot your own parabatai that's a first for you jace." I walk away felling very hurt I have never had to use my mothers rune because jace has never forgotten about me but I guess if you add clary fray to the mix things are bound to change
