Chapter 11

Sam POV

Liz remained silent ever since the incident with Nick. I don't understand why she won't tell me. I mean, I am her girlfriend, aren't I ? Me and her tell each other everything so I really don't understand. When she came in through the door, she just remained silent and didn't acknowledge my presence. What the hell is going on with her ? She doesn't act this way at all.

"What is going on?" I asked I was irritated and very worried as to why she won't she say anything. 

"Damn it Liz just tell me wat the fuck is going on?" I couldn't control my anger for much longer. I was a very impatient person. Especially, when it came to situations like this.

"You wanna know what's going on?" she said,"Well, I met up with Nick and he apologized for roofing you at the party last Friday. Said, he was only jealous because he was in love with me ever since middle school." She went on saying that he would leave us alone and won't bother us anymore. I was very surprised Nick did that. People really can surprise you.

"I didn't tell you because I  thought you would still be upset over what happened at the party. He said he would apologize and we just left it at that." she ended.

"I'm not. And I'm glad you told me." I said. I gave her a hug and a kiss. Me and her went to the kitchen to make some dinner. It was my turn. I was going to make some shrimp alfredo. I was in the process of taking the shells of the shrimp when I heard the doorbell ring.

"Babe, can you answer the door ? My hands are busy." I said.

"Sure thing." She got up from were she was sitting. Nick was over. I really can't wait to see what he wanted. I didn't know he was going to apologize so soon.

"Hey. " said Nick. He was holding roses on his right hand and a small teddy bear holding a ballon saying the words "I'm sorry." This was so unexpected, it was really sweet of him. He looked so awkward but cute just standing there.

"I'm really sorry for being a jerk to you. I was just jealous. But, I think you already know since Liz here told you. Is there a chance for us to start over?" he said, offering me the bear and roses.

"Yes. I said. I would hug u but I'm cooking dinner. Just leave the bear and roses on top of the table and I will fix it once I'm done with dinner.

"Ok." he said. and sat down.

As I suspected, he stayed over for dinner. Me and Liz had to explain what happened to Katelynn, Ben, Bella, and Jacob. Things were good later on and all of them went home. Thank god. I was too exhausted ! Thankfully, me and Liz finished quickly and were getting ready for bed. 

Me and Liz fell into a deep sleep cuddled in each other's arms in blissful silence.
