The Unseen Creatures~Book 2~

Chapter Ten:

Sam was laying on Caleb when his phone rang. Sam grabbed it and answered.

"Yello?"

"You do know that is a color right?" Sam smiled when he heard Shadowbane.

"Shadow! How are you doing?"

"Nervous. How about you?"

"I'm good. Why are you nervous?"

"Because they caught them which means we have to go trial. Which means seeing them again after two months of being away." Sam thought about that before realizing he knew just what to do to get Shadow's mind off it.

"Wanna hang out with me and Cal?"

"Is he okay with that?"

"Yeah he's happy as long as I'm laying on him." Caleb laughed at that. Sam heard Shadowbane laughing too.

"Okay I'll be over soon."

"See ya soon!"

Sam hung up and soon Shadowbane was sitting with them. The next week goes by quickly and soon they had showed up in court. They told them everything and what they did to them. Soon they are locked up and the boys are at the park. Caleb frowned when he saw Danny and Keith coming toward them. Keith looked pissed and Danny looked like he was trying to apologize for something.

"Keith I swear! I was just helping her out!"

"Oh yeah? By shoving your tongue down her throat?!"

"Keith please!"

"I will not be with a cheater! We are over." Keith looked at them and sat beside Shadowbane. "Mind if I stay with you guys?"

"From what it sounds like you need a new man. One who will not hurt you."

"Yeah but who wouldn't hurt me?"

"Shadowbane ​wouldn't hurt you. He's too sweet."

"I doubt he likes me." Keith said looking at Shadow.

Shadowbane leaned in and whispered "you never know."

Keith looked at him. "So if I asked you out in a month would you agree?"

"I would."

Keith smiled at that.

Soon they graduated and Sam and Caleb gets married. Caleb turns Sam so he won't lose him. Shadowbane marries Keith and they were both turned a year after graduation. Danny ends up dying by a vampire after he taunted it. Matt still runs his store and he ended up marrying Amy, his coworker. Cason and his father were killed in prison.
