Chapter 26♚

Peyton :

I couldn't even deal with myself. What I did was disgusting. I hate myself. I honestly hate myself. I have every reason to. I mean, look at all the shit I've caused. Siena almost got fucking raped, Kian almost died, and I thought it was funny. Then Austin died. It felt like a huge chunk was ripped out of me.

I needed to get that off of my mind, to start new. Either go to a new school or try to hang out with new friends. Even though everyone hates me.

I decided to go out for lunch. I needed a breather. I hopped in my car and drove to TacoBell. I walked inside and order two hard tacos and a slushy thing. As I walked past the door I tripped over a foot. I flew forward until a pair of arms grabbed me. I turned back and laughed. His face was red but began laughing too.

"I'm so sorry," he laughed, "I wasn't paying attention."

"Either was I haha."

"What's your name?"

"I'm Peyton."

"Well Peyton, do you have a phone number?"

"Yeah, here." I handed him my phone as he typed in his number. He texted his phone with mine before leaving.

"I'll text you tonight, Peyton." he spoke with a wink.

"Ok haha."

I watched his car pull out. My order was ready and I walked up to the counter. As I got in my car I pulled out my phone. I unlocked it, pulled up my contacts and found his, right at the top.

It read; AaAa:)Matt(:

"Matt." I spoke out loud to my self. I couldn't hold down the smile creeping on to my face as I read his name.

Cameron :

I need to tell Siena about football. I mean she already knows and she's helping, she just needs to know when. I need to tell her about the schedule and water refilling and-

"Cam? You ok?" Siena asked, pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Yeah, um no, well. Ugh just....come here." She walked over and sat next to me.

"What's wrong babe?"

"I need to talk to you about football."

"Cam, you already know I know nothing about football."

"That's not what I meant."

"Then what did you mean?"

"Siena, the football players....they have like this strange obsession with you. Taylor heard them talking about wanting to do certain things with you. I just don't want you alone with them."

"Oh umm," the conversation took and awkward turn. I didn't know what to say but I spoke, "Cam I promise to stay by your side. No matter what."

"Good. I love you."

"I love you."

Spencer :

Nash and I laid in bed all day. It finally hit me that Kian was gone. God, why does this have to happen to me. First my sister, then Austin and now Kian. How much can I be given. Everyone around me dies.

*FLASHBACK*

It was summertime. We were outback playing on the swings. My sister kept screaming higher, higher. So, my mom pushed her higher. Kaylee, was my sisters name. She was so sweet. The cutest little girl ever. She had light brown hair, brown eyes and so out going. She just wanted everyone to be happy. She would crack jokes everywhere. We rarely fought. Even though she was 3 years younger than me we were pretty close.
