Ok, so this one was hard to figure out. I've never been a fan of Reverse Falls in the first place, and after reading what Stan was like in this AU...
...yeah, me no likey.
So I guess I should start with personality, huh?
I guess the reverse of Bella (who is kind, smart, and doesn't really care about her appearance) would be cruel, kind of dumb, and cares a lot about her looks and is pretty conceited. So dresses, a full face of makeup, long hair, ect.
Of course she's still married to Stan, but instead of always WANTING to have kids, she detests kids. She doesn't get along with Dipper and Mabel at all.
She's also seductive instead of shy and not afraid to try and use her looks to get what she wants (this usually works best on Stan).
I don't know what the past of Reverse!Stanley is like, so just assume that they met somehow.
