Ok so from what I gathered, Reunion Falls is basically Dipper is sent to Gravity Falls at birth to live with Stan, while Mabel stays in California and lives with her parents. Therefore, they grow up unaware of each other. Until Mabel somehow finds out and travels to Gravity Falls?
Yeah, I really only know 2 or 3 AUs WELL. But I don't think it's hard to see where Bella would fit in here.
Yeah, of course she's still 'married' to Stan, and those of you who know the character know that Bella has always wanted kids. So, once Dipper comes along and his parents need someone for him to stay with, Bella gladly accepts.

Bella would act a lot like a semi-responcible mom. If we're tossing trans!Dipper in here (which most of the AUs Bella's in HAS) then she's super accepting and understanding about Dipper being transgender. Preferred name, correct pronouns, short hair and boys clothes, the works. (She has to educate Stan on it though because he's a bit confused why Mason has started acting and dressing like a boy)
She also doesn't really bother to control her swearing in this AU because well she grew up with her parents swearing so as long as she tells Dipper HE can't swear, then what's the problem?
She's basically a mom instead of a graunty and cares a whole heck of a lot more about Dipper getting hurt (not that she doesn't in the original universe)
