Chapter 38

The days had gone by so fast. After living with Jaehyun for almost two years, I felt so independent and I was so excited to have my very own family. And before I knew it, I was pregnant for a month. I used a pregnancy test kit and found out I'm pregnant.

"O-Oppa!" I shouted.

I shouted as I entered oppa's room. I actually visited grandma coz today is my dayoff but I went to see oppa first since grandma was still asleep.

"What is it?" He asked.

"I checked." I said.

"You checked what?"

"I was vomiting ang feeling dizzy these past days and so I checked."

"So what did you check?"

"I'm-"

Before I can finish what I was saying, Taeil-oppa's phone rang.

"Yoboseyo? Ye, ye. Jinja??! Kurae. We'll be right there." He then hung up.

"What is it oppa?"

"Eunjoo is about to give birth! We should head to the hospital now."

"J-Jinja??" We then both left, driving each of our car.

When we arrived at the hospital, Eunjoo was still inside the delivery room. Everyone was there; Doyoung oppa and Eunjoo's parents. We went tl grandma's room to inform her she chose to stay at home because her foot is not in a good condition.

"Oppa," I sat beside doyoung oppa, "everything's gonna be alright." I said.

"Komapta." He replied.

We waited for more than hour until Eunjoo finally gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

"It's a boy!" Doyoung oppa shouted after he talked to the doctor.

When Eunjoo was transferred to a suite, we all gathered inside to congratulate her.

"Eunjooya and oppa, congratulations to both of you." I said.

"Komawo, Yijung-ah." She replied.

"The baby will be here any moment from now." Samcheon said.

"How about grandma?" Doyoung oppa asked.

"She stayed at home. Her foot wasn't fine yet. But she said she'll be waiting for the baby to visit her." I said.

"Don't worry. We'll visit her once Eunjoo and the baby are fine." Doyoung oppa said.

We sat and waited for the baby, but Eunjoo fell asleep. She might be tired from delivering her baby. Meanwhile, I was waiting for the right time until I tell everybody that I'm pregnant. I tried calling Jaehyun but he isn't answering. He must be too busy.

I heard he got another offer for a commercial.

"Yijung! Yijung-ah!" I didn't realize that Taeil oppa was calling me. I was too preoccupied.

"Y-Ye oppa?"

"Are you alright? You look pale." He said as he touched my forehead.

"Kwaenchanayo, oppa."I flashed a smile so they won't worry about me.

"You sure? I'll drive you home if you aren't." Taeil oppa offered.

"Ne, cheongmal kwaenchana oppa. I'm excited to see the baby." I smiled again.

"Arasseo. Just tell me if something's wrong."

"Ye, komawo oppa."

After an hour of waiting, finally, the baby was brought inside the suite. I'm so moved when I saw the baby. He's so cute and he really look like doyoung oppa with his eyes. His nose is Eunjoo's and his lips.

"Can I hold him?" Eunjoo asked with her eyes filled with tears.

"Of course." The nurse then gave the baby to Eunjoo. She was so happy seeing her own son. Doyoung oppa also looked so happy. I'm so happy for them too.

"Can I hold him too?" I asked.

"Sure." Eunjoo handed me her baby. I carried him, and looked at him. He's such a cute little thing. I suddenly thought of jaehyun. Will he also be that happy if he finds out that we're having our baby too?

We will have our own family soon.

I'm excited to tell him.
