Chapter 4

*at the studio*

"Ahh! I can't believe I am actually about to record in an actual studio!" I said excitedly hopping out the car. "So many famous people have recorded here." the driver said holding the door for me. I smiled "really?! Have you drove them too?" I asked smiling wildly. "Yes quit a few actually." he said as I squealed.

Inside all the equipment was set up and ready for me to just go in. Another man was with Greg sitting in the chairs. They turned around as the door shut smiling. "Taylor! Come on in." Greg said getting up. "This is Zack. He is one of the best music producers in the world." Greg said patting a young looking guy on his shoulder. He had dark hair with bright blue eyes which could make you melt.

"Alright, so we want to do a couple of covers first to see which ones will be the best for you." Zack said pointing to sheets of paper laying infront of him.

I looked through the papers and found three I wanted to try. I told Zack an he told me to go ahead into the booth.

I closed the door behind me and smiled wide as I looked at the microphone and headphones waiting for me to use. I picked up the headphones ad placed them on my head. I heard Zack saying something through the window. I just nodded even though I didn't hear what he said. I heard the music of the first song I picked.

"The slightest words you said

Have all gone to my head

I hear angels sing in your voice

When you pull me close

Feelings I've never known

They mean everything

And leave me no choice"

I began singing getting a rush of adrineline. Zack didn't stop me so I kept singing.

"Light on my heart, light on my feet

Light in your eyes I can't even speak

Do you even know how you make me weak," I sang and continued to the chorus.

"I'm a lightweight

Better be careful what you say

With every word I'm blown away

You're in control of my heart

I finished the song and smiled opening my eyes.

"Wow girl that was great." Zack said smiling at me making me blush. "Thanks." I said giggling. "Let's do the next one now." he said pressing some buttons and the music began.
