Dean begged for a sign that James was fine but nothing happened. He was in despair.
- Dean I'm sure he's okay. - Cas says.
- Why he don't give me a sign? - Dean says crying - If he was fine he would give me a sign. I should never had taken her to the dungeon. I should've known that this would happen.
- Don't blame yourself. It wasn't your fault.
- Can't you at least know if James is fine, Rowena?
- Dean. - She says - There is a strong energy coming from her, I can feel it since we get to the car. I can't get through that energy, that magic that is coming from her, so I can't know how her and James are.
- It's true. - Cas says - I can feel it.
- Drive faster. - Dean says.
A couple minutes after you all get to the hospital. Rowena approaches a nurse and explains what happen to you. The nurse grabs a bed and Dean lays you there. Other nurses came and take you out of there. Dean follows you but another nurse comes in front of him.
- I'm sorry but you can't pass. - She says.
- What?
- They will take care of her, don't worry. But you can't pass from here.
- Come. - Rowena says getting to Dean and taking his arm.
She takes him to the waiting room and sits him on a chair. She sits right beside him.
- Dean she will be fine. - Cas says to try to calm him - She always is.

- James didn't even gave me a sign Cas. He is always here and now. I wish I could be there instead of them.
- Don't say that. - Rowena says - Can you imagine how she would feel if you were there? Dean she and James need you to be fine. They need you to be strong for them.
- I don't want to lose them Rowena.
- You won't. - Cas answers - It was just a panic attack. She will be fine. The both of them will be fine.
They wait on the room for about a hour. Dean had stop crying and was walking through the room. Suddenly his phone rings.
- Hey Sam. - He says answering.
- How's (Your Name)?
- I don't know. They didn't said anything yet. I don't know what I will do if something happens to them.
- Hey. She's strong. Nothing bad will happen.
- Yeah. - They both are in silence for a few seconds - How's Adam?
- He just gave Crowley the last shot. Crowley is fainted in the dungeon and I just took Adam to his room. He's broken man.
- Yeah I know. We need to help him. He doesn't have much time.
