*Snape's Pov*

Once again it was the Slytherin and Gryffindor potions class that Severus despised. Becuase of the two houses, there was no doubt that this potions class would be eventful, to say the least. Severus dragged himself out of bed and towards the food hall, mentally preparing himself for the inevitable disaster that would unravel during the first and second period.

As Severus arrived at the great hall, his cloak gracefully billowed behind him as made his way to the teacher's table and took his seat. Just like every other morning, he scanned the room in search of Harry to confirm that he was okay and to of course ensure that he was eating the required amount of food that he needed to eat.

Breakfast was over too quickly for Severus' liking, and before he knew it, he was in the class from hell for two hours. Thankfully every single student was on time, one less thing for Severus to worry about.

*Harry's Pov*

They were working on a Felix Felicis potion. Harry was working with Draco once again, and they were next to Hermione and Ron. Harry and Draco were moving along nicely with their potion; it was at the stage where they had to stir the potion vigorously and to heat the cauldron. Surprisingly Draco hadn't said anything rude to Harry, much like their detention before, it felt eerie, and Harry couldn't shrug off the feeling that Draco was plotting something evil. Harry quickly glanced towards Snape to see that he was glaring at the entire class, watching them all like a hawk, Harry knew that the class is known for being troublesome but were they all really that bad?

"All we have to do is say the incantation, and then we are done" Draco exclaimed, not entirely focusing on the potion, however, he had a strong gaze over Harry.

"Felixempra" Harry muttered, pretending not to notice the way that Draco was looking at him. The potion turned an intense molten gold colour.

"It's perfect," Draco said, almost surprised. The two boys called the professor over so that he could examine the potion.

"well I must say that you have done exceptionally well, good job boys," Snape said, also surprised at their efforts.

For the rest of the class, Harry and Draco muttered the bare minimum amount of words possible.

Harry could sense that Draco was about to do something stupid and he wanted to know what it was.
