How did they know? I can't question that right now. They have to help me.
"Why?" Noah rubbed his eyes.
"I still don't know." Aiden looked at me.
"She's gotta be special for someone like them to target her." He points to me "either thy fucking around. Or she's got something to tell us."
"Well we wouldn't know. She doesn't talk." Aiden protests.
"Well if she wants my help she better start talking!" Noah raised his voice and slammed his fist onto the coffee table.
Abby jumped awake and stared at her beloved boyfriend. "What's happening?" She muttered.
"Nothing, get the fuck to bed." Noah managed to calm himself but only to the point to lowering his voice.
"Ok." Abby placed a hand on her bouncy hair and stumbled out of the room.
"Here I'll help." Declan quickly rushed to her aid.
We continued our business.
"Alright, Aiden. I wanna help. You know I do. But I can't unless she fuckin starts to talk." Noah sips his drink.
"Ok." I mutter.
"How about questions? I don't need to know a lot, just certain things." Noah smiles at me but I don't trust his white teeth and friendly expression.
"Fine." I push myself away from Aiden, remembering what I did and who I was.
"Good. How about a simple one. Who are you?"
I crouch over, using my legs as rests. "I'm Coraline Anderson."
"Where do you come from?"
"Not here."
"Who's your parents?"
"Dave Markinson and Andrea Anderson."
"Markinson? Like.."
"Yes. Big bad Dave. He's my dad." I felt my stomach drop.
"Shit." Noah wiped his mouth and fell back into the couch.
Aiden stared at me with wide eyes and mouth opened.
It was time to come clean anyways. I had too much weight on my chest. Too much blood on my hands, not matter how hard I scrubbed it was always there.
I have done things and I need to tell someone. People have only seen me bad things, I never talk about it though.
It was time to talk."The fuck you mean?" Aiden just stared at me.
"What else is there to explain?" I stand up and take a stand.
"I knew they were after you but I didn't know you were related to him! What the hell?!" Aiden tugs at his hair.
I couldn't believe him. I thought he would help me, why is he leaving me now? What if he doesn't help me? I'm so fucked.
"Girl, I remember you." Noah started.
"What do you mean?" Aiden released his hair stared at Noah.
"There's a reward." Noah glances at Aiden. "A big one at that. We could... I don't know... hand her over?"
I knew this was a mistake, all of it a mistake. I had to leave before they hand me back to that monster.
I slowly take a few steps back before being grabbed on the forearm.
