I should have called 911 that there is an annoyning honker outside my house, impatiently blaring his car's horn but despite I opened the door........ which I now regret.
In front me is a red mustang and sitting inside it is a white gorrila.
In the whole freaking world Cruz sent her to pick me up.
She gets out of the car and then comments. "Darn! It was you, for whom I was waiting for so long." She sighs, shooting me glares.
She sits back inside her car and I slip inside the passenger seat.
"Don't dare to touch felix" She warns.
"Felix?" I question.
"My car" she rolls her eyes.
Ugh! How stupid..
Who names their car...
"Yeah sure, I don't want to get any infection" I smile, as wide as I can.
"By the way where are we going?" I ask. "Starbucks" She answers.
She turns the key in ignition and starts the car.
She first turns left, then turns right and then again takes a right turn.
"Do you even know where starbucks is?" I ask."Of course, who doesn't know?"
After driving for fifteen minutes we finally reach starbucks, which was a five minute drive from my home.
"Where is Cruz?" I ask her.
"In my pocket... Oh right I don't have a pocket" she rolls her eyes.
I move towards the purple chairs.
"What are you doing?" She half yells.
"Going to pee, wanna come?"
How stupid? Of course I am going to get my favourite purple seat before someone else captures it.
I slide inside my regular seat.
"Abby" I call her.
"What?" She storm towards me me.
"What? What?" I asked.
"What you just said?" She frowns
"Abby, isn't that your name?"
"No it isn't, god this Cruz.... ugh! I will kill him" she say to herself.
"What the hell is going on?"
"My name is Abigail Stanford, and I would be highly obliged if you call me Abigail....because that's my name not ABBY." She quotes the word Abby with her index and middle fingers.
"Hmm" What else can I say?
She sits infront of me and starts looking at the menu.
Then she orders Caramel Frappuccino with marshmallow whipped cream, whereas, I go for my favourite Chocolate Cookie Crumble blended cream with white chocolate pudding.
Soon we get our orders.
"It's delicious, better than one we had in Canada." She takes a sip from the Grande. While I am still fiddling with my Venti.
"What's wrong?" She asks, not looking at me. Where the hell Cruz is?
Suddenly our attention is grabbed by a couple sitting next to our table. It's not exactly a couple.
"He will be here in any moment. Hush, go hide yourself, get into the restroom or something. Just hide before he comes" the girl whispers to the boy loud enough for us to hear. The boy is still busy in kissing and sucking her neck.
We both exchange glance, by we I mean Abigail and me. It's horrible to see a girl cheating on her boyfriend.
The guy suddenly stands up and run's towards the restroom.
The girl adjusts her hair and starts applying her gloss once again. Soon she is joined by another cute guy. He is wearing a black trousers and white shirt with a vest and grey loafers. Giving him appearance of a business man. He got a red bouquet of flowers with him too.
The guy places a soft hello kiss on her cheek and grabs the seat on which the other guy was sitting few minutes ago.
Uff! I can't see this. I turn my attention back to my drink, Abigail is still staring at that girl as if she asked for both her kidneys
"How fake" she alleged rolling her eyes.
"Now see what I do" she voice getting up. I just look at her confused, sipping my frappuccino. She hurtle towards the cash counter whispers something to the barista.
And then she come back with a huge evil grin, as if she won the whole world.
"What did you do?" I ask.
"Wait and watch" she winks and turns her attention towards the couple.
"You know what I think this guy is rich." I whisper to her.
"Same." She nods.
A barista comes at their table and whispers something to them, which is not loud enough for me to hear.
Suddenly the expression on the guys face changes and the girl looks bewildered. "It's not for me, there must be a misunderstanding." The girl defends herself.
"Ugh! Seriously? You still have guts to lie" the guy claps.
"No trust me, I love you" the girl tries to seduce him. But then he pushes her. "I hate fu*king Gold Diggers" the guy shouts,"You know what I can do, fu*king stay away from me." He sweares.
"Its all your fault, you never give time to me." Now the girl shouts. We both sit down there looking at the drama going on.
"Ohh really? I missed my freaking business trip for your birthday today-" the guy yells.
"But-" the girl tries to shout.
"Stop! I am not finished yet. I thought that I would propose you today" he says taking out a small box out of his pocket and revealing the twenty-four carrot diamont ring. The girl gasps.
Her tone suddenly changes after looking at the ring.
She is a true gold digger...
"Adios, thanks for the return gift" the guy smiles, controlling himself and sprints out. The girl bursts into tears realising what she had done.
The first boy comes out of the restroom casually as if nothing has happened. "Hey babe, what about your millionaire boyfriend" he winks at her. "Go and find yourself another girl, you idiot" the girl sobs and runs out of the cafe, embarrassed.
"You did this?" She nods.
"You are such a badass." I exclaim.
"That's what she deserves, I hate liars and cheaters" she smirks.
"But how did you do this?" I ask
"I am a psychology student and can read actions, I could see that the guy was little hesitant to propose her. He had doubts that she was cheating on him and for his sake. So I just cleared his doubt by telling the barista to send them a message" she smiles.
"Wow, you got brain dude. By the way, what message?"
"The Barista delivered my message to her that her boyfriend is waiting for her in the restroom and wants to talk to her."
"Tou know what Abigail? You are not that bad" I smile.
"What do you mean?" She frowns.
"We can try to be friends" I chuckle stricking out my hand, after all she is Cruz's cousin.
"Same" she smiles shaking my hand.
My phone beeps. Its a message from Cruz. "Sorry I couldn't come, ;) xoxo"
If I had the power to fly I would fly on my nimbus 2000 to kill him for wasting my precious time, but I actually enjoyed the time I spent with Abigail.
