Chapter 17

"Hey! Your home!" Emily yelled as she came down the steps.

"Yep" I said and popped the 'p'.

"What's wrong?" Emily asked.

"I miss Cam." I admitted.

"Awe. But you just got here!" She said.

"I know." I said and laid on the couch.

I took out my phone, which reminded me I could text him!

"You two have to date already!" Emily yelled.

"He's not going to ask me." I said.

"Why? How?! You two are perfect for each other!" She yelled.

"STHOP IHT" I whined.

Emily laughed and sat on my legs. I went to messages on my phone, and tapped on "Cam".

Me: "Hey :)"

Cam: "Hey babe :)"

Me: "(: What's up?"

Cam: "being bored."

Me: "same :("

Cam: "ugh"

Me: "How many days is Magcon?"

Cam: "It's Thursday today, so Friday and Saturday."

Me: "when does it start on Friday?"

Cam: "VIP starts and 2 and then everyone else shows up at 3:30"

Me: "Okay thanks :)"

Cam: "(: wanna go out for lunch on Friday before Magcon?"

Me: "Of course :)"

Cam: "Okay ttyl :)"

I set my phone down and smiled.

"Why are you so smiley?" Emily asked.

"Nothing." I said.

"Surreee!" She yelled.

"Okay fine! Cam an I are going out for lunch tomorrow before Magcon." I said.

"Awe! Love cakes!" She yelled.

"If you call us that again ill smack ya!" I yelled. We both laughed.

"Wanna do something today?" Emily asked.

"Sure! Shopping?" I asked.

"YASS!!!" She yelled.

I laughed and went to my room. She went to her room and changed.

I took a shower, and washed my hair and body. It feels like I haven't took a shower for days!

I got out of the shower, brushed my hair, blow dried, and straightened it. I put my robe on and went to my room. I looked in my closet, and got a pair of black leggings, an infinity sign tank top that's cut from my shoulder to my upper hip. So I took a sports bra out. Then I took some socks, and put my clothes on. I went back into my closet, and picked out some brown combat boots with a flourish design in them.

"I look boo-tiful!" I yelled as I walked out of room. Emily laughed.

"Meh too!" Emily said and stood up. She did a funny pose and pretended to take a selfie.

We laughed, and I grabbed my purse, and see grabbed hers, with her keys.

We walked out the door and went into Emily's car. She started her car and I turned on the radio.
