If you use that tag, you only need to tag 1 friend.
If you use the form, you only need to tag 2 friends.
If it is not your book, you don't need to tag anyone.
FYI, the form guarantee you'll be seen. If you have no friends with books under 5K, you can suggest a book you like with under 5K reads instead.
