The author shifts between clarity and ambiguity in this gripping tale that captures the dissonance of mental illness. The writing style is different and beautifully understated. It is only about a chapter long, but the author manages to captivate me with her words. The writing is borderline poetic.
Not a story in the traditional sense, but it displays something important about the human psyche. Also, the chapter titled Thin Walls gave me chills at the end.
A quick read, but a thought-provoking one.
