There will always be that one person who you will always love, no matter where your life takes you.

They will always have your heart and it cannot be replaced by anyone else.

You remember the good times, the bad times, and how it was that person who showed you what it felt like to live and love.

They are the ones you trust blindly with everything because you will know they will be there for you.

And in the end, you'll always come back together.

. . .

Location: Konoha

He calmly walked down the streets, relishing the sun's warm rays and light breeze that tickled his skin. But, he wasn't alone; he had a rather small companion with him. She was energetic and loud. She loved to cause trouble.

At the moment, she was skipping in front of him, her light blue dress fluttering in the wind. Her short little arms and legs bounced all over the place with enthusiasm. Her bright onyx eyes gleamed up at him with happiness and her black hair swished with the wind.

"Sasu ji-san! Hurry up!" the little girl giggled loudly behind her hands, "It's Kashi ji-san that's always late! We switched places!"

Sasuke looked down at his niece, their similar eyes clashing. He sighed before rolling his eyes. Bending down slightly, he poked her right in the forehead. Yuri laughed before she grabbed his hand, dragging him away.

She gasped loudly before waving ahead, "Kashi ji-san!" Yuri sped off and jumped into the arms of her older uncle who ruffled her head. He picked her up and the child stole his red Hokage hat and placed it on her own head. "Look! I'm Hokage. Be scared of me! Rawr!" she growled with a fist.

Sasuke smirked when Kakashi face palmed, "Yuri. How many times have I told you..." the grey haired nin started but didn't even bother finishing when he noticed that Yuri wasn't listening to him.

The child jumped down from his arms and took the flowers that Sasuke was handing her. She flashed him a sweet grin and turned around to place them on the two graves. Stepping back, the child clapped her hands twice, closed her eyes and gave her respects.

The two men watched her with softened expressions. Though she had her father's clan hair color and eyes, her features were of her mother's.

Yuri opened her eyes again and looked at the small heart locket hanging around her neck. Clicking it open, she saw the picture of her mother and father standing together and holding hands.

She smiled at them. Yuri had never met her parents but what her two uncles always told her is that they loved her unconditionally.

And she believed them.

. . .

The two of them watched the trio standing by the gravestones, like they did on that one special day, every year.

They always placed the same two flowers and the child always opened the locket.

A woman softly smiled at the scene she was seeing down below in the world of the living. Her heart always became warm this time of year. A hand intertwined with her own and she turned to see him smiling at her.

She squeezed his hand and he pulled her in front of him, and wrapped his arms around her from behind. The two sighed peacefully, returning to watch the three people.

"They've grown." She whispered.

He kissed the side of hear head, "Yeah."

"Come on Yuri!" the couple looked down to see the young man bending down allowing the child to climb on his back.

"Okay Sasu ji-san! Oh oh! Can I have my cake now? I'm hungry."

"After we eat," the second man replied.

"Aww Kashi ji-san! But I want cake now!"

"Yuri." The first man's simple command caused the child to quiet down with a pout but she giggled when he had poked her forehead. She snuggled her nose into his shoulder length hair and sighed with happiness.

The woman wiped away her tears and fanned herself to get rid of the heat building in her face. The man chuckled, "You were always so emotional, Emiko."

Emiko laughed under her breath, "And you were always so composed. But that's okay, Itachi, I still love you for it."

"And I love you, Emiko."

The two basked in each other's company before sharing a sweet a kiss.

Their love did not come with restrictions or limitations.

Real love is when two beings completely accept each other's lightness and darkness.

They follow each other to the ends of the world.

Their love was unconditional and boundless.

Like an eternal flame that won't burn until the end of time.

Their love will last for Eternity.
