18. The...{Glup}... Kiss!

Me: Hey, its Smoothmilk! XD I must say this is one of my favorite chapters in Laur\Laurcaty's story, but is Laur's least favorite! ^^'

Laur: "Walks in" So, what are you- "Sees this chapter" O.O Wait, Smoothmilk! Not this chapter!

Me: ^^' Hehe...well it is part of the story...Anyhow, enjoy :3

After a few more minutes of Yuma rolling around on the floor, I clasped my hands together and wagged my tail. "Okay! So, what should we do?" I asked them both.

Yuma got up, tears still rolling down his cheeks. "Y-You...better not-"

I knew what he was going to say. "Make your life a living heck? Don't worry I won't!" I smiled sweetly and Yuma relaxed. Then my eyes narrowed and my lips curled into a demonic smile. "For the most part...." I growled. Yuma was so scared that waterfalls of tears flew out of his eyes as he jumped and waved his arms rapidly. Then, he rushed upstairs, screaming "No, No, No, No, No, No!!"

Then, there were just two and I couldnt help but laugh. After about 5 minutes, I was about to go upstairs, but Astral grabbed my arm. {Yes, he can touch me} His eyes looked soulless.

"Laur, why are you going upstairs?" he asked in a calm, but creepy tone.

After I heard his voice, my stomach jumped and face turned a lighter blue then my skin tone. "Just....going to." I slightly smiled.

"Why can you not stay down here?" he asked, as his eyes seemed to return to normal.

I calmed down a bit and raised my eyebrows."Just.... because." I yanked my hand away from his grip and went upstairs. Astral then just disappeared in the key.

I sighed and scratched the top of my head. "That was.... just... weird!" I ran to Yuma and I's bedroom.

I heard rummaging, so I knew he was in here. "Hey, Yuma!" I called up, as I came into our bedroom. Since I sleep on the bottom room and he sleep on his attic on top, I need to called up to him.

"Hi....n-now you better now boss me around! " he called down, as he sniffled and his voice still sounded shaky.

"I won't" I say, then I laughed."I was just having a little fun, calm down!" I walked over to my bed and layed down on it. "Do you want pizza for dinner?"

"Mmmm, Sure!" He said. Well, that cheered him up! :D. "Just get plain, I also hope to get some good dueling too!" I heard him pick up cards.

I laughed a bit more. "You do that!" I said as I got up and left.

I walked into the kitchen to go order pizza. As I picked up the phone and dialed the number, It is when I saw Astral again, floating in the doorway, out of my peripheral vision!

I quicky turned fully around, so he was in my front view. "Ga! You scared me!" I say, laughing.

Astral bowed his head. "Oh. I am sorry." he apologized, but this time, his face was a little red.

I blinked and walked closer to him. "Something wrong?" I asked. "Your face is red." I raised an eyebrow.

"What!? Nothing!" He says, quickly. I outstretched a hand and felt his forehead as he cheeks got redder. He felt fine to me, so I didn't know what was wrong.

I raised my eyebrows again, really curious about this. "Hmm.... Okay...then." I said and shrugged it off. Then I walked back over to the phone, ordered a large pizza and waited.

When it came, I called Yuma down. He zoomed over and gobbled down half the pizza pie! But anyhow, I expected no less since I know how much that boy can eat. When we were done, I cleaned up everything and went on the couch. Yuma went back upstairs.

I sighed as I sat on couch. I then leaned my head back on the arm, to look out the window. The night was beautiful, I must say.

I lifted up my head and then, Astral came..again, hovering over the kitchen door way again. His head was down.

"Hey" I said. He lifted his head and I saw his eyes looked lifeless again. I blinked. He says nothing as he floats over to me, pushes me down till I fall on my back and then gets on top of me. He then places a hand on my cheek and strokes my smooth cheek with his thumb.

My eyes widen a bit. "Astral?" His hand then slips to my chin and he just lifts my head. My heart pounds in nervousness and I have a "hole" in my abdomen.

"What the...heck are you- "I started. Then he bend down, a bit closer.

"Just be science..." He finally says, softly. I was completely nervous.

He leaned in and he...KISSES ME! I saw Astral's eyes, close ever so slightly, as for the enjoyment of this feeling. But, my eyes were fully wide open now! My face showed no sighs of blush as my face turned the lighter blue like before. I breathed very heavy as well. The kiss... felt like it lasted for 5 minutes, and then he let go.

"I-I love you..." He kisses my cheek one last time and sits up, smiling. Then his smile fades. I guess that was because my eyes were bulging out of my head!

"You should blink.." He calmly says, as he bend down a bit, lightly held my arms and ending in another smile. "It is important to keep the dust out of your iris." As soon as he said that, my eyes soften a tiny bit and I blinked. Finally, he floats off me and disappears into the key.

I sat up quickly on the couch, as the colorful dust of him disappearing falls in front of me. My face then was a bit red now, but that might be because of how warm Astral's smooth, like a river rock smooth, hands that touched my cheek or how his warm and soft blue lips kissed mine. But, I was jittery about this, cause I don't like this type of stuff...or feeling.

So, I blinked more, in confusion. "What... just happen!?"
