Crazy Feelings

Chapter Seven

It's been a month already and I've just released a couple of songs. People actually liked them. Shawn helped me a lot with the first one.

Shawn actually released a new single at midnight last night. I haven't gotten to listen to it yet because I was asleep. I would have listened to it this morning, but I was rushing to get to an interview.

Shawn was supposed to come with me, but he had to go into the studio last minute.

Me and Shawn have gotten really close. I really like him, and I think he likes me too. I just don't know for sure. I wish he'd just come out and say it.

Anyways I just finished getting ready in my dressing room. I'm about to get called out to start the interview. This is a radio station interview, but they will be videoing it as well.

Finally I get told to and sit down  with everyone.

"Here she is now! New pop sensation Bella Castillo!" The interview says. Her name is Nancy.

I smile and sit down in front of a mic that's on the table.

"Hey! Thank you for having me!" I say and cross my legs in my seat.

"So what has it been like since you've won this competition?" Nancy asks.

"It's been crazy, but it's also been super fun. It's all a really good experience." I say and smile.

"So what made you want to audition?" 

I laughed when Nancy asked that because I actually didn't want to audition.

"Well I really didn't want to. My bestfriend Lily signed me up without me knowing. So I thought we were going for her to audition, but boy was I in for a surprise!" I say and then we both start laughing.

"Well you've got a good friend there." Nancy said and laughed.

"Yeah I do. Love you Lily!" I say and smile.

"So what has it been like living with Shawn Mendes? I mean you are living ever girls dream!" She says and I smile. 

"He's a really great guy. He's helped me a lot with everything. Living with him is a lot different than most people would think. I actually showed him how to really cook. He's actually really good at it." I say.

"Shawn Mendes the chef." She says and I laugh. She asks me about my new music and then about Shawns new song.

"So what do you think of his new song?" She asks me.

"I actually haven't been able to listen to it yet. It came out at midnight! I was sleeping." I say and we both start laughing.

"Well we can listen to it now. Thank you so much for coming on Bella. Here is Shawn Mendes' new song 'There's nothing holdin' me back'" she says and hits play.

We both sit there and listen to it. I'm really liking it so far. I'm glad that it's not another break up song.

i was listening to the chorus and it's great! This is too good of a song for not to have written it about someone.

I was trying to think of who it could be and then my question was answered when the second verse came on.

"She says that she's never afraid, just picture everybody naked."

Wow. I told him that not to long ago. This freakin song is about me! 

When the song was over I thanked Nancy and everyone for having me. I practically ran to my dressing room to get changed.
