~~~~~5 months later~~~~~

Robert Kirkman decided that another character would be too much to handle, but he set me to be a main walker. Chandler has seemed to be a bit distant from me lately, I guess things just weren't meant to be...
I've already been a walker twice, each time was amazing. They plan to have me on more often.
I have my T.V. on, it's set on the news because there's nothing else on. It's Sunday, so pretty much a lazy day. I'm playing flappy bird on my phone, when a call interrupts me and causes me to die. It's from a random number that I don't know. "Eliza?" I hear a sweet boys voice say. "Umm, yeah. Who is this?" I ask into the phone. "Yeah, hey. It's Shawn." He says. "Oh! Hi Shawn." "Hey. So um, I was wondering. Are you busy Saturday?" he asks, sounding kind of nervous. "Um, nope. Why?" I say and there's a short silence. "Would you like to go on... a date with me on Saturday?" he says and I smile to myself, but it soon vanishes. What about Chandler? But then again, he wouldn't be sort of ignoring me if he wanted to be more than friends... right? "Eliza?" he asks and I snap back to reality. "Oh! Yeah! Uh, sure! Saturday, um, sounds great!" I spit out and hang up the phone. A date with Shawn? I didn't see that coming at all. I've never been on a date with anyone but Josh. But Shawn was a lot different than Josh. All I could think about was Chandler, and my feelings for him.
~Saturday~
I woke up at 11:00, and I shot out if bed. I ate breakfast quickly and immediately took a shower. After my shower, I texted Shawn. He said that we could go anywhere we wanted, and I picked Outback Steakhouse. We made our plans and I waited at home for him to pick me up and take me. My hair was curled, my makeup looked really good in my opinion, and I had an aqua dress on.
Shawn showed up exactly when he said he would, 6:00. He was very sweet the whole ride there, always complimenting me and wanting to know about me.
We get there shortly after, we hold hands as we approach the front doors. All I can think about is how wrong this is, my feelings for Chandler won't go away. He's always on my mind. Shawn & I sit down at an outdoor table and the sky is pink and purple as the sun sets. "It's beautiful." I say, looking around at the sky and all the flowers around us. Outside of the gate is a park with a pond and bright green grasses surrounding it. I look at the people and I see Caroline and her boyfriend, Cameron, walking together and laughing. They're really meant to be. "You look great." Shawn says and I smile. "Thank you." I blush. Shawn is so sweet and caring, and that's the problem. How could I ever be with Chandler without breaking Shawn's heart? It's not like Chandler even likes me anyway... well we kissed... he's so confusing! "What's wrong? You're being really shy. Do you not want to be here? You can go..." "No it's fine, really. I'm just, thinking." I say and continue looking at the park. When I turn around and look inside the restaurant, I regret it. There's Chandler eating at another table with another girl. My face turns red instantly and Shawn notices. "Honestly, is something wrong?" he asks and I shake my head. "So, um, I've heard that you're a phenomenal singer." I say to break the silence. "Well, I'm ok... wouldn't say phenomenal." he says. "Well, let's hear it." I say and he blushes. He takes a small breath and then sings the chorus of Sweater Weather in the most beautiful voice I've ever heard. "You're... amazing. Best I've ever heard." I say and he smiles. "Thanks, I have videos on YouTube if you ever want to hear more." he says and I nod. I look back into the restaurant and Chandler is staring right at me. He motions for me to get up and I look over at Shawn. "I have to use the restroom." I say and quickly get up. I walk into the building and then outside the bathroom doors. Soon enough, Chandler shows up. "Who's he?" he asks "Who's she?" I reply, motioning towards the girl at the table. His face turns red. "She... she doesn't matter to me. I like someone else, but they haven't talked to me in a while, you see. So by trying to get over them, I took Kaylie on a date... but I'm still waiting. I'm waiting for you, Eliza." I look into his soft blue eyes and wrap my arms around his waist and place my lips onto his, not even thinking. He cups my face with his hands ever so softy as if he were afraid I would break. His hair brushing against my cheek so gently it tickled but I didn't have a care in the world. Nothing could ruin this moment, except for Shawn watching us.
