~Chapter 18~

next day

Yesterday Jimin asked me if I'd want to drive to school with them. I said yes and now I'm waiting for them.

After a while I saw them coming out of their house and greeted them. They all greeted me back and as soon as I noticed Taehyung, my heart started racing a bit.

Don't tell me you fell for that jerk.

during the way to school

I sat once again between my best friend and Taehyung. But this time it wasn't as annoying as the last few times, when Taehyung was still being a jerk towards me.

My phone rang and I received a message.

I looked at my phone screen and saw that the message was from Chanyeol:

Chanyeol: Good morning cutie:*"

Stop calling me cutie.

I rolled my eyes, but smiled to myself. Because his message was still making me feel happy, since I never get any messages like this usually.

I didn't even notice that the guy next to me was staring on my phone screen.

Suddenly he took my phone away.

I told him to give it back to me, but I was being ignored, so I decided to wait until he was finished with whatever he was doing.

Then he handed me my phone back.

„What have you done?" I asked him annoyed.

„You'll see"

I looked at my phone and noticed that he texted himself to get my number.

Seriously? You could've just asked me.

He actually saved his number as Tae with a heart next to it.

Then I clicked on the chat with Chanyeol to text him back, but saw that Taehyung already texted him back, which made me sigh in annoyance.

He texted:"Good Morning Ugly :*"

Is he a child or what?

But I then received a message from Chanyeol which said, that I'm very funny. Just to make sure, I texted him back that it was a joke.

at School in the hallways

I was at my locker putting my books into it. Then i felt someone touching my shoulder, so I turned around.

Ana:"Hii Girl" she said happily.
Me:"Hii Ana"
Ana:"Do you want to go shopping after school with Nini and me for the Party?"
Me:"Oh sorry, I don't think I can today, my brother's here after a long time again and i wanted to spend some time with him."
Ana:"Of course, I understand, but what about Tomorrow?"
Me:"That'll work."

After School

I went home and went to my brothers room. I saw him reading a book.

Me:"Hi Jace"
Jace:"Hi Mina, already finished with school?"
Me:"No I just went home during class and skipped" I said sarcastically. „Of course I am"

Jace:"Sorry for asking" he laughed.
Me:"Do you remember, we wanted to go to a Café together."
Jace:"Yes I do, I was just waiting for you"

Then we went to the closest Café in our town.

We both ordered a Cappuccino and started talking. Suddenly I heard my phone ring.

I looked at my phone screen and saw Tae <3

I should definitely change that name

My brother looked at my phone screen and noticed the unusual way I saved the name.

Jace:"Aww is my little Sis having a boyfriend?" He teased.
Me:"No he's just a friend or I don't even know if we really are friends, it's complicated."

Jace:"Are you sure? And why did you save his number under this name? Is he your crush or something?"
Me:"Firstly he saved his number with this name and secondly no stop eww"
Jace:"Alright Sis, whatever you say." he slurped on his coffée.

Then we continued talking about other themes.

I saw Jungkook and Taehyung entering the Café.

So I put the Menu Card in front of my Face to hide. I really didn't feel like talking to them.

Damn it, they sat down at the table right next to us.

Then I whispered to my brother:"Can we leave right now?"
Jace:"Why?"
Me:"I want to go home"
Jace:"Already? Okay but first I have to pay"
Me:"Yes" I could hear them talking because they were so close to us, so I decided to eavesdrop.

Taehyung's P.O.V

Jungkook and me decided to go to a Café close to our house.

Jungkook was always busy with his Girlfriend Rose, which sometimes annoyed me but i'm happy for him, he was finally able to find a real girlfriend which he genuinely loves, not like in Korea...

We entered the Café and saw a free Table next to the Window.

Jungkook:"So what's going on in your love life?"

Is he seriously asking me that?

In a place like this?

It's really crowded in here.

Me:"Nothing much"
Jungkook:"What about Mina?"
Me:"Nothing" I answered him.
Jungkook:"Don't you have any feelings for her"
Me:"No"
Jungkook:"Just a little?"
Me:"Why should I? She's annoying and not even close to my type."
Jungkook:"She's so kind and also pretty how could you say that?"
Me:"Stop talking about her!"

Why would he think that?
Do I really look that interested in her?

Suddenly a woman next to our table ran outside the Café, she seemed familiar to me, but whatever.

Jungkook:"Why? I just thought you would like her because you wanted a hug from her yesterday"
Me:"You saw it?"
Jungkook:"Yes"
Me:"I don't now what was wrong with me..."

End of P.O.V

I could hear my name in their conversation and tried to listen closely.

Jungkook:"Don't you have any feelings for her"
Taehyung:"No"
Jungkook:"Just a little?"
Me:"Why should I? She's annoying and not even close to my type."

Oh wow

That hurt like a truck.

But why is my Heart hurting?

I don't like him or anything. Or do I?

And annoying? I thought we were friends.

I didn't want to hear anything more of this conversation, so I left the Café as fast a possible.

That's what you get from eavesdropping.

My brother ran after me after paying the bill.

At home

I went to my bedroom and locked it. I was so mad at myself for thinking he'd changed and for actually catching feelings for an Idiot like that.
