Seriously, does anyone have any tips? I swear I've tried everything, and I just can't lose this gd weight. It's not that much, but it makes me feel like absolute shit.
I've tried fixing my diet, but my mom only buys crap food so there's not much I can do. Exercising really doesn't work. It only makes me feel worse because I don't really know how to work out properly.
I've even tried to just stop eating, but that got me in a shit ton of trouble with my cousin and I started eating again and now I'm fatter than ever fucking before.
I just want to lose fifteen pounds. That's my goal. I want to get myself down to 140, and see where I go from there. I want a flatter stomach.
If any of y'all have solid workout plans that'll help build muscle and cut down on stomach fat, please tell me. I want to look more like the man I am, not the girl I'm running from.
