3: A hospitalized Soulmate

~Thomas' POV~
"Yeah, just a stomachache" I lied to James. I got up, and started looking for something sharp, then remembered it would show up on Hamilton..... I didn't want to hurt him. So I grabbed a bottle of James' pills and some of mine, and started opening them, popping in and swallowing them one by one.
One. Two. Three....... Ten. Eleven. Twelve. Thirteen....... Twenty.
Then someone came in.

~Alexander's POV~
I rushed into James and Thomas' dorm not caring that I may or may not have broken their bathroom door down. I saw an empty pill bottle as the life was basically draining from Jefferson's eyes. I freaked out realizing what had happened and held his face close to mine, "Tommy.... Tommy stay with me, you'll be okay with me, please" I yelled at James to call 911 and tell them what had happened and he did what he was told and did just that.
Jefferson smiled slightly as I was holding him and muttered the words 'I love you' he eyes started closing as his breath started slowing. "Thomas.. please, please stay with me" the paramedics came in and lifted up Thomas into a stretcher and took him in the ambulance, they asked who his parents were. I didn't know so I told them James and I were Thomas' guardians. "Thomas... Thomas please.." I begged as James and I entered the ambulance with the paramedics, tears started forming in my eyes, tears already streaming down James' eyes hiccuping as he answered the paramedics' questions. I held Thomas' hand, his breathing was slow and he was unconscious. Hooked up to all kinds of machines already. I hugged James tightly, nuzzling my face into his chest.

~James' POV~
I'm answering the paramedics' questions... until Hamilton hugs me. I look at him in shock when he nuzzles his head into my chest. He's just emotional, I am too. I cried and hugged him back, letting him curl up onto my lap. He was smaller than me, heh. I can see why he's Thomas' soulmate. Thomas likes holding people that are smaller than him .......heh ....Thomas .....how could I believe his LIE?....... Why didn't I keep questioning him?........ WHY? Hamilton interrupted my thoughts with a slight snore. I chuckled slightly. They took Thomas in the hospital and I carried Hamilton in after the paramedics, I don't know how he was sleeping in a time like this. I think he fell asleep due to stress.

~Thomas' POV~
~6 days later~
I woke up and heard a gasp, sitting up I heard "THOMAS!" yelled, it was Jimmy James. He held my hand tightly as I whispered 'Hamilton' he heard this and sighed, "He's down the hall... he passed out soon after you did and hasn't woken up yet..." I immediately set up at this, "HE'S HURT?!" "No! No," James reassured me, "Just passed out, he's perfectly fine, they said once you woke up, he would shortly after" I sighed and nodded. I was the cause oh my soulmate's pain and suffering and now I'm the reason he's passed out.

~James' POV~
I sighed and was going to start comforting Thomas as a doctor stuck his head in and said, "Mr.Madison. You're needed at Mr.Hamilton's room" I sighed and nodes telling Thomas I'd be back soon. I walked to Hamilton's room and saw him up and happy released. They told me I had to sign a few papers and we could I go. I sighed and told Hamilton Thomas' room number, he walked there and went in as I sighed a few things be talked to the doctors about both Thomas and Hamilton.

~Alexander's POV~
I went in the room James told me to and saw Thomas watching TV, weakly smiling at the show he was watching. He turned to me and went, "Babe..." I smiled "Tommy" I said softly, hugging him tightly. "I'm so sorry" he said, lowly and weakly, he yawned. "Shhhh, it's okay, go to sleep, please. You need it" he nodded and yawned, letting his eyes close slowly. He said lowly, "Sleep with me Baby," I nodded and climbed into bed with Thomas, snuggling with him under the sheets they had given him. Thomas yawned and fell asleep immediately, Me right after.

~James' POV~
I came in and saw Alex and Thomas cuddling, I LOVED Thomas, but sighed knowing he's not my soulmate. So I let them be, until about 2 hours later a nurse came in, trying to wake Alex up and move him off of Thomas, he wouldn't wake up so I carried him off the bed. Holding Alex in my lap, the nurse then woke up Thomas and took a few viles of blood and feed him some food. Telling him to stay hydrated and to eat. The nurse game Thomas a medicine, it was, black? Eww. Looked disgusting by the look on Thomas' face. He looked and saw Alex sleeping on my lap, and smiled slightly nodding a 'Thank You' I sighed and nodded the same thing, knowing Thomas cared about Hamilton.
