Quote of the Chapter: "Trust gets you killed, love gets you hurt, and being real gets you hated."
Maybe in a better world, a better place, a better dimension, a form of life would solely consist of robots. Heartless beings that exist only because they have to. Because they are made to be here. See, it confuses you now, though feelings are the main reason I do, not, like, people. Humans suck! They all fucking disgust me. Actually, most.
I will eventually stop caring.
Realize, I may come off as against life - I'm not. I love it, but people who always give their opinion, or dumb, petty thoughts, even copy off my paper drive me insane! So whoever does that, I cause that person little to lots of pain.
Is that solely me though?
Moving on, I actually have a few friends. A few people I can understandably tolerate. I'm working on making more, but because of my 'Badass Reputation', others don't really want the opportunity to be a badass like me. Befriending one isn't so terrible!
The crazy thing about my friends are they they're the polar opposite of myself. My friends are bubbly and bright and cool and smart and calm and try to get me out of my, 'I hate everything so I try to crazy my way out of it' stages.
Bridget is my best friend. She is a total hippie. Like, the kind who loves the world and all things in it. So she says. A lot.
My girl always keeps it 100, brings cool vibes, alcohol and drugs to the littest parties. But it's sad she never smokes or drinks them. She just leaves me and those bummy wallflower and stoner kids.
Hudson, another friend of mine is recently my ex after a two year long relationship. We slowly and steadily built a greater friendship out of all that's happened to us. Which was a ton of shitty experiences.
Hudson is known as the emo type of guy who only wears black and white outfits. Opposite of me again. I am the rediculous, crazy, loud, rebellious type. My clothes and attitude represent that.
I'm surprised how chill Hudson can be, mostly because Hudson knew I cheated on him a few times. Maybe 30 . . . 34? Trust me, I still feel like a jerk for cheating, but for some odd reason he always forgave me. Each and every time he found out.
Was I too good of a girlfriend, or he just too damn good a guy. Hmm, probably him.
Why did he date me in the first place?
Henry. Henry is slowly coming out of his cocoon, turing into something greater than the world's ever seen, ever will.
Unlike me, Henry is a math genius. Everyone in the whole school calls him the "Human Calculator." Henry can solve problems adults with Master's Degrees in and out of college cannot solve. He can solve any equation in at least 5 seconds, been like that since 4th grade. Algebra, angles, calculus, physics - Henry is so smart, he has a free 5th period everyday to do whatever he wants for 50 minutes. He knows all there is to know about math and basically everything else.
Last but not least, one of my greatest friends is Shelby. Shelby is, well . . . Shelby. The craziest wakadoo you'd ever meet. She is always the one you count on to bring a gigantic smile that'll be stuck on your face for hours. The one who will bring you a huge batch of delicious treats when she sees your eyes watering or that you aren't happy.
Shelby is very sweet, but if you step out of bounds, she will put you in your place. Like, she'll snap. What I cherish most about her.
Anyway, back to the point I was trying to make in the first place, these four try to talk me out of all the crap I do. If they were smart enough to figure it out by now, no one is going to change me. I've been through too much.
I'm me, Gabi, and not one mediorce person in this world will help that.
Sorry.
(My apologizes if this chapter wasn't as BAM as you thought it might be. It was the introductory chapter of most of the main characters. Undiscovered Secrets becomes more interesting as chapters continue😸)
Also, before each chapter of any story I'll write, I add a quote to describe it. If you've read my profile you know I love quotes.😆
