Chapter 5

Jamie's POV
So I'm here at my garage. But before I pick Dakota up, I'll tell y'all something. I had an ex wife, she's Amelia. We divorced 2 months ago. I can't handle her attitude anymore. She's a bipolar and a paranoid woman. When I go out for an office party, she always follow me secretly. Then when I'm already home she's gonna accuse me different stuffs like I flirt with another girls and many more. Good thing I made a decision already. Anyway, here I am. I got in my car and drove through Dakota's house. I went out my car and called Dakota. "DAKOTA!", I shouted. Then suddenly a middle aged woman came out of their door. "Who are you?", she asks curiously. "I'm Jamie Dornan Ma'am. I guess you're Dakota's mom?", I said politely. "Oh yes. She told me about you after you gave her a ride.", she said with a beautiful tone. She called Dakota and then her daughter came out. She's so perfect. Like she's been always a goddess. She's so attractive. "You're perfect", I didn't know that I've said those words. "Jamie?", she asked with confusion. "I mean you look beautiful Dakota.", I clearly explained. "Let's go.", she said with a hint of excitement. I opened my car's door and she entered, I did too. So I drove gently and finally, we reached the French restaurant. It's so fancy inside and the ambiance is perfect. I moved the chair and let Dakota sit. We ordered. While we're eating, all I want is to talk to her. "Dakota...", I spoke while chewing the beef in my mouth. "Why Jamie?", she asked emotionless. "Let's talk" She looks confused. "Talk about what Jamie?", she asked. "About our life. I want to know more about you.", I said. "Okay. I'm Dakota Mayi Johnson. I'm 27 years old. My mom's name is Melanie Griffith and my dad's name is Don Johnson. They got divorced since I was 7. My mom's currently single now. About me, I've been to. Uh...", she said emotionally. "You've been to what?", I asked with a curious tone and expression. "Uhm I am in a super complicated relationship with Matt right now. We've been together for couple of years. And he's just so bipolar that's why I asked for some time and space to think about everything. Actually, I got pregnant and he's supposed to be the father.", she said with an emotional facial expression again. It hurts me a bit, knowing that they already has a child. "Where's your child?", I asked in pain. "It's gone. I got an abortion and I didn't let him know about it. I'm afraid that he might leave me because of it. But then, all of a sudden, here I am, doing things that I am afraid of, before. Doing things that he must have done to me first.", she said while tears went down through her beautiful cheeks."I'm sorry to hear that Dakota. Let me take you to a walk. Let's finish this first.", I said with a caring voice. "Thanks for this Jamie. I'm not an open person when it comes to my problems especially when the person I'm going to tell with's just new in my life. I trust you Jamie.", she said seriously. "You can trust me Dakota. Thanks also.", I said. We finished our food, I paid the bill and we walked out of the restaurant.
