Chapter 12

As Jamie left the house, Dakota decided to take a walk in the park.

She can see the fancy lights, different colors that seem so beautiful for her. The breeze of the cold night that touches her white skin. The contentment she can feel.

Dakota's POV
I wish this will always happen. I feel so free. Free from stress, depression, problems, obstacles. Dang. I love this moment.

Dakota's currently walking through the swing in the park. When suddenly.....

"What the actual f*ck!", she said with a shocked face.

She ran away but there's someone who's following her.

She reached an abandoned warehouse, and she decided to hide behind the empty cabinet neer the door. (good job lol)

The man who has been following her since she was on the park is Matt!

"Damn it.", Dakota murmurs. "Why the f*ck is he following me?"

Matt started to walk slowly and gentle through the whole small abandoned warehouse.

"Dakota...", Matt said with an alluring tone.
"I know you're here, I saw you entered this freaking room", he said with a sarcastic tone.

Matt's POV
Where the heck is the Dakota? I just wanna apologize to her. I've been such an asshole since we became lovers before. I just want her to know that I'm changing myself, that I still love her and this is all for us. I won't get her heart this easy, I know. But, I'm willing to take risk and to work hard for it. I know it's hard to believe that I'm already willing to change because it's just a day since Dakota's worst nightmare happened. But, I've already realized everything. "Dakota...", i spoke willingly. "Dakota please, believe me, I can change. Just please, believe me.", i said with too much emotion. I can hear something rustling behind the empty cabinet. Can it be Dakota? I walked slowly when Dakota came out with an afraid facial expression. "Don't be afraid Dakota. Please.", I said with a convincing tone. "H-how?", she said as I can see fear in her eyes.

Dakota's POV
I am so afraid... "Look, Dakota I am really really sorry. Please forgive me, I love you so much. I can't live without you.", he said emotionally. I can see his eyes watering. I know anytime soon, his tears will fall down. So, I decided to run towards him. I hugged him. He's in shock. "Woah, Dakota. What about this?", he said hiding the happiness but I can feel it. (lol) "shhhh.", i said. Matt moved my head and made me look at him. I looked into his eyes. He's so adorable. I can feel that his face and mine just started to get nearer and nearer. Uh-oh, I knew it. We're gonna kiss!!! Moovvveee Dakota. Omg, this can't happen. Huhu. Suddenly....

I moved. I went away.

"Matt, we can't right now. Okay?", I said with a smile.
"I need to go home...", I said as I look at him.
"Alright, I will take you there.", he said with a smile.
"w-what? where? what do you mean?", I said wondering.
"Hahaha. Dakota you're such a bad girl.", he said while laughing.
"No, I'm not.", trying not to laugh.
"Hahaha. So, let's go?", he said.

Matt opened the car's door and let me in. He drove me through our house and left me. Is he really changing? Hmmm....
