Chapter 15

Dakota's POV
I can see him slowly leaving. Probably an opposite when he walked out of our door. I never tried to chase him. I never tried to make it up with him.

After a few minutes, Matt has arrived.

Matt's POV
I'm just so nervous to talk to her uhmm but excited too. I don't know. I hope this will not be so awkward.

*knock knock*

I saw Dakota opened the door. She smiled at me. That smile, the smile I like, an angelic smile.

"Hi Matt.", she said.
"Hello angel", I said while smiling at her.

She suddenly touched my right hand and wrapped it into hers.

"Follow me.", she said while smiling.
"Wh-where are we going?", I said awkwardly.
"I think I know what you're thinking. It's not like that silly!", she said while laughing so hard.
"Then where?", I asked curiously.
"Inside my room.", she said while winking.
"Wh-what are we going to do there?", I asked awkwardly, AGAIN.
"Just come and follow me.", she said.

She ran and went to her room while holding my hand.

When we reached her room, she carelessly sits on her bed.

"Come here, sit with me.", she said while tapping the bed.

I am now sitting behind her. I can see her curved lips because of happiness. I can see her eyes full of emotions. I'm just so glad she's happy. I'm a real complete dumb that I have to hurt and give so much pain for her before. Now I know her real value. I just can't let her go again.

"It seems like someone just can't stop thinking of something.", she said while snapping her fingers.
"Uhm, this is nothing hahaha", I said while trying to distract her.
"Soooo, what are we gonna talk about now? This is just a recall.", she said in a kidding way.
"I just wanna say that I am sincerely asking for a second chance. I love you so much and I am regretting all our bad memories. I'm just so sorry for everything. Just please give me a second chance, I promise that I won't do those things again. Please?", I sincerely said.
"I know. But--", she said.
"But what?", I said.
"But are you really sincere? What if you try to do those things to me AGAIN?", she said with a worried face.
"I won't. I really promise. Please give me another chance. I'll show you.", I said with a convincing tone.
"Matt... I hope you're telling the truth. I hope you're being honest this time.", she said with an unsure voice.
"Yes, I promise. So, are you giving me the second chance?", I said.
