Ivy's Point of View

We came to a stop outside an old run  down house. This was the address. The black sedan we just pulled up  behind told me Ryder was here. I was wearing my mask, hoodie pulled  forward and I put my contacts in, just in case he picked my eyes.

The last thing I needed was anyone picking me.

"You ready?" Monster, well at least that is what I call him, asked.

"Yeah Monster, let's get this done."

"I hate the idea of working with them."

"Same."

I glanced in the back at "You two ready for the show down?" I said to Oscar and Richy.

They nodded their head.

"You don't need us to begin with." Richy pulled the cigarette from his mouth. "Why are we helping them again?"

"Because Ivan said we have to." I muttered my hand on the door handle.

My  men were the only ones that knew I was girl. I couldn't hide my voice.  But as soon as I stepped out of this car, I wasn't going to say a word.  Because that was another thing I didn't do. Speak. The men just knew  what I wanted. We had worked so well together, we were automatic and or a  well oiled killing machine.

"I hate the Carter's." Oscar said. "If one of your bullets stray tonight, aim for Ryder."

I smiled. "You know very well my bullets don't stray."

"Well that's what we can say happened." He said.

"No one will believe that." I turned back to the front. "Alright lets get this over with."

I opened my door. And we all got out.

Like  they were waiting for us, they got out as well. I was surprised to see  Ryder get out of the driver's door. I had expected him to be driven. Not  the driver.

But that little detail didn't matter.

Ryder  came to stop in front of me. His men surrounding him. Like me, he had  three. I saw the hardness in his eyes. I saw the hatred as well. I just  couldn't help but smile.

He wanted to wipe me out. He wanted to kill me. If he had it his way, I'd be dead the other night.

"You  took out some of my best men the other night." He spoke. His voice hard  and unfriendly. It wasn't even professional. He was just pissed off.

Like me, he didn't want to work together.

The rain was still pouring down.

I  tiled my head, keeping my words to myself. If they were some of his  best men, they weren't trained very well. Hell I didn't even get one  mark for those kills- they were that easy to take out.

"Let's get this over with. I'd say follow my lead but I'm guessing you won't listen." Ryder strolled off heading for the door.

I actually did something I hate doing. Follow.

I pulled out my gun, clicking the safety off.

Our men were behind me.

"Clear a room at a time." Ryder said. Before kicking down the door.

I  wasn't going to listen to him. He went one way. I went another. The  power was still out and they had candles lit. Two on the couch. Two head  shots, before they even reached for their gun.

Two down.

I moved quickly through the house, into the kitchen. Five.

They had heard the shots, so they were more prepared. Already had their guns raised. But I was quicker. Two down. Three to go.
