My heart is a collage of broken glass.
My mind is a merry go round that'll never last
Not here, in the world of ghosts
Endless competitions for who is hated most
Mirror mirror on the wall
Who said you could make me fall?
Catch myself on broken shards
Running from the castle cards
You are the king and I am a jack
But where is our ace who never looked back ?
Where are the simple stardust smiles,
The house of memories we set on fire?
When the constellations fell from the sky
Did you get a speck of nostalgia stuck in your eye?
You can't seem to forget and I don't want to remember
The color of clouds and the chill of November
We've been down her far too long
We lost the sun, surrendered our song
The light has faded from your eyes
I'm afraid of these soft spoken good byes
I know that it's too soon
But could you tell me about the moon
Does it shine like they say
Disappear in the day
Does it rest in your eyes
When it's not in the skies
I hear how this sounds, but worry not
There's an unexpected twist in the plot
The body suspended from the old oak tree
It's never been you, it was always me-K
