I woke up with my head on Hunter's bare chest.

"Good morning beautiful." He gently kissed my forehead. This felt weird, but so good! Wrong but also right...

I looked up at Hunter and smiled. "Good morning."

"So, what should we do today?" Hunter asked and I sat up in the bed.

"I want to..." I leaned closer to Hunter and kissed him. I could feel his lips smile.

I leaned back and laughed a little, then I went up from the bed to go and shower.

It was nice to feel the warm water run down my body and it felt like I washed away all the death and blood. The minutemen's blood on my hands. I shook my head slightly. But I didn't care about that, even tho it was weird that I didn't care about that I had killed two persons. I felt.. badass in some way.

I quickly turned off the shower and walked out into the big steamy bathroom. We would get through this, me and Hunter. Together we would get through all this. When I had put on some clothes I brushed through my hair a few times and put it up in a sloppy ponytail.

I was just about to open the bathroom door and go out when it was opened from the other side and Hunter quickly walked.., no, sneaked into the bathroom. The door closed behind him.

"What are..." I hadn't time to finish my sentence, becuase Hunter put his hand over my mouth.

"Shhh..." He whispered in my ear. Just when he said that I heard a loud crash and then some quiet voices and footsteps on the other side of the bathroom door.

Hunter slowly slid a gun inside my waistband and I shrugged by the cold metal against my bare skin. What the hell was happening?

Hunter slowly took away his hand from my mouth and I, really really slowly exhaled.

"The timekeepers are here." Hunter whispered.

Then suddenly the bathroom door flung open and three timekeepers stood there. I hadn't time to think about their looks, just that it was a girl and two guys.

I quickly pulled up my gun and shot one of the boys, he feel backwards down on the floor with a painfull noise. I don't think that I shot him so he died but at least one out of three was down on the floor.

Hunter quickly ran towards the other guy. The timekeeper took up a gun and shot. I almost jumped by the sound of it. Was Hunter dead, my first thought was. I looked and Hunter was still fighting with the timekeeper guy who held a gun up in the air.

I quickly exhaled, but then I felt something fell my legs and my knees hit the hard bathroom floor. I saw the third timekeeper, the girl. She had long blonde hair. I quickly stood up and tried to hit her.

She was good at avoiding all my hits. I couldn't see how it was going for Hunter, I just hoped he wouldn't get hurt.

I fumbled with my hand over the sink and grabbed the first thing I found, a soup bottle. With all my power I hit the soup bottle in the girl's head and she bent down and massaged her temple.

I took my chance and ran out from the bathroom. I immediately saw Hunter stand in the doorway of the room.

"Come on!" He shouted when he saw me. I quickly ran after him. My head got full of thoughts, what had Hunter done to the timekeeper? And had the timekeeper that I had shot survived? But then I thought, what ever, I was just glad that we where out of there.

Me and Hunter had sneaked away from the hotel and now stood hidden in some alley.

"How the hell could they find us?" I said frustrated.

Hunter walked back and forth in front of me. "I'm sure that someone in the lobby saw us and called the timekeepers. Don't wonder why the receptionist didn't recognize us." He stopped walking and did air quotes around the word didn't.

Hunter walked up to me and took my head in his hands. "But now to the important, are you hurt?"

I slowly shook my head and caressed Hunter's hand. "I'm okey. How are you? You didn't get shot, did you?" I said worried.

"No, I'm fine." He smirked and it made me smile. How hadn't I noticed all this about Hunter before? That I really loved him...

I gently kissed him.

"What was that for?" Hunter asked when we had ended the kiss.

"I don't know.. , everything. I know that we will get through all of this together."

Once again we smiled at each other and I got warm and happy in my whole body.

------------

We started walking once again. We needed someplace else to stay at. Suddenly Hunter dragged me into an alley and told me to be quiet. I slowly saw a car with shining blue lights on the roof drive by.

"God, these timekeepers sure are annoying!" I said when the car was out of sight.

Hunter nodded and a little smile spread across his face."You know what? We need a car. We can't walk around whole New Greenwich all the time."

I nodded. "You've right. Let's find a car shop and buy a really expensive car." I winked at Hunter and then started walking again.
