Before I Fall

A sound of laughter brought me out of my slumber. My body did not ache as it did before, I felt relaxed.

Surprisingly since I'm being held against my will.

I looked over at Aiden on the floor with a feast in front of him. Ken sat smiling at him. The moon shon through the window.

"Your up. I thought I'd have to alert Alpha Scar."

How can she even see me?

"I sense you." She said as if reading my mind. "I come to help prepare you and inform you. Orders from Alpha-"

"Why do you call him Alpha?"

She titled her head slightly. "I'll explain." She extended her hand to me. "You can trust me." Her white hair curled around her face. Her skin was very pale unlike Hannah's.

I gave her my hand as the three of us walked out.

Walking downstairs I see an large number of people moving around the house. Some are laughing, drinking, watching television. Others seem to be dry humping each other.

I covered Aiden's eyes at the sight of a women walking into the house completely nude.

A prostitution ring? I pray that she got mauled by a bear who ripped her clothes off.

However I know I'm wrong cause she walks probably through a long hallway to her room. No one seems to pay it any mind. "Come on I'll explain everything." She pulled me until we were out back.

All I saw was woods. "This is my favorite part."

"Wh-"

She moved a piece of grass out of the ground and pressed onto a black button. The tress started to pull away, slowly.

The full moon seemed to be more closer as the trees resided. Men fighting large animals, women throwing spears, a little boy was training with a blade.

I stepped back wanting to get away. The animals were big dogs. "Shouldn't someone stop this?" I pleaded.

Ken turned to me puzzled. "Why? It's absolutely beautiful." She took a step closer.

I grabbed her arm. "The animals will kill you."

She shook her head knowingly. "The Beta will rip out their throats if they touch me." She smiled sweetly skipping over to one of the huge animals.

Death wish.

She whispered something in the brown animals ear. It was bigger then the others. It toward over the rest with some kind of authority. The animal nozzles into her shoulder.

I looked down but did not see Aiden. I frantically looked. Until I heard his laugh. He sat on one of the dogs nose being flipped in the air. "Mama look."

I quickly ran snatching him away.

Soon I heard cracking of bones. I stepped back with Ken at my side. "What's happening?"

"Carters shifting." She said it as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

The claws turned into fingernails, his paws turned into hands. Soon the once big monster was a human, a naked human. He ran his fingers through his hair. "Sorry to scare ya."
