Hey guys! I'm so sorry for not updating, but my computer has a virus and it won't let me on the internet. It still does, so I am using my dad's computer to update and since I'm not supposed to use it, I don't have time to proof read it, so sorry for any grammar or spelling mistakes.
R&R!
Btw: Aaron's a senior
Btw: I changed Lexi, Rose and Mark to seniors. And they are all turning 18, soon.
Chapter 6: Threats
Have I told you how annoyed I am at my best friend?
I sighed and stared as Rose jumped up and down on my bed, trying to get my attention.
"What do you want?" I asked her
She stopped jumping, but the smile was still there.
"Come on Lexi, Don't be like that, turn that frown upside down, lock it and then put it in a pocket!" Rose said all hyper-ish.
I rolled my eyes and sat up.
"Just tell me what you want." I rolled my eyes at her.
She took a deep, dramatic breath and took a pause.
I rolled my eyes again, trust Rose to over-exaggerate things.
"PROM!!!" She suddenly screamed causing me to jump.
"DAMMIT ROSE!!! CAUSE ME A HEARTATTACK WILL YOU!" I shouted at her, with a hand over my heart.
Dammit.
She just raised an eyebrow at me.
"And you call me the over exaggerating one."
I rolled my eyes, for the third time.
Then her comment struck me.
"Rose, why are you so hyper over prom?" I asked her.
Her eyes widened and she picked up my worn out copy of A mid summers night dream and hit me with it.
"OW!" I yelled and rubbed my forehead with a pout.
"Why am I so hyper over prom! Lexi Elizabeth Karter! This is senior prom we are talking about! The night we all dreamed about since freshman year! One of the most memorable days of our entire lives!" She explained to me with a bewildered expression on her face.
It was silent for a moment.
"Oh" Was my oh so brilliant response.
She rolled her eyebrows at me and chuckled at my still confused face.
"What am I going to do with you?" She said.
I just grinned at her and she shook her head.
Have I told you I love my best friend even with all the drama included?
~~~***~~~
Later that night, Aaron, Blake, Rose, Mark, a couple of other people and me were in Aaron's house, watching movies and eating junk food and playing around. It was Friday night and we planned on doing this until it was late.
Aaron was becoming a good friend. He and I were especially close.
Don't get me wrong, if only, his cockiness grew, but he hung out with is and rarely hung out with the popular crowd.
His friends also hung out with us, they were pretty cool.
But we made sure none of the cheerleaders came. I would die if I had to hear their wining and nasally, plastic voices complaining and practically raping all the guys.
