Prologue

3rd Person

"We have to go back! WE HAVE TO SAVE THEM!" Harry shouted as he pointed to the direction of the school.

Annabeth looked up from her curled up position.

"Harry we can't! If we go back, Voldemort will catch us! That's what he wants. If he catches us, who will undo the chains of Thanatos? We can't even kill monsters." Annabeth explained, "The only thing left for us to do is to undo the chains of Thanatos and hope they will be okay."

Harry's heavy breathing slowly calmed down, he fell to the ground with his head buried in his palms.

Hogwarts is a mess. Heck! Even Percy, Annabeth and Harry are a mess. Percy's pacing back and forth, blaming himself for the turn of events.

Annabeth's in a curled up position, which definitely isn't like her.

And Harry's sobbing in the ground.

Percy groaned loudly as he fell to the ground.

"So... now what? We have no lead. The prophecy doesn't even say anything about where Thanatos is chained." Percy questioned.

"I don't know?" Annabeth softly repeated.

"We have to keep going. We have to at least try. Our friends and pretty much the world is in danger." Percy said as he stood up.

Annabeth hesitated but nevertheless stood up beside Percy, "You're right." She said as shewiped her tears.

Harry looked at the couple who are currently standing. They were looking at him expectantly.

Honestly, he was surprised at the amount of courage, bravery and determination these two were showing. Those two are the kinds of people that society needs today.

Inspired, he stood up and nodded
