23: The Nether - The End?

Laurance's P.O.V:

It has been three weeks since Mizzy attacked us, sometimes I swear I can here her laughing the same laugh after she stabbed Y/N. Sometimes I swear I even see her running around outside. I am starting to get worried about Y/N, she hasn't woken up since she was stabbed. I am starting to think she is... Dead. No, I can't think that! I won't think that! She will pull through this as long as I stay by her side.

While on patrol, with Kallie, I noticed she was a little out of it. The silence was everywhere around us until she finally spoke. "Laurance..? Have you ever had to fight or...or..." She burst into tears. I hugged her and tried to calm her down.

"It's okay Kallie. I have had to fight my friend once, but he went back to normal. I have a feeling this won't be the last time we see Mizzy. I believe we will be seeing her very soon..." I say coming out of the hug. Zenix came running up to us panicking.

"Guys! Y/N is dying! Mizzy managed to turn her back to a normal human before she stabbed her!" He explained. I looked shocked at them and ran down the stairs. I ran back inside and saw Y/N breathing becoming very slow and less frequent. I took a hold of her hand and held it tight. Her eyes opened slightly and she gave me a weak smile.

"Guess somethings aren't meant to last..." She laughed weakly. "... I'm sorry Laurance, I should have been able to stop her but-" I cut her off before she could finish.

"No! This isn't your fault, it's mine. I should have noticed you were gone sooner. This is my fault, and now your dying..." I said with tears streaming from my eyes. Y/N sat up slightly and planted a deep kiss on my lips. I kissed back after a couple of moments. We broke off and I had tear stains all over my face. "Good-bye, Y/N..." I said feeling her hand slip from mine. She slowly shook her head.

"No goodbyes Laurance, let's just say until we meet again..." She said and her hand slipped out of my grasp completely. I heard crying from behind me and then running. I could tell it was Kallie, she feels guilty about all of this, but it isn't her fault. I just wish I could have saved her quick enough.

'We'll meet again Y/N...'

Kallie's P.O.V: (and you thought it was all over XD)

I run out of the base tears streaming down my face. The thought of everyone I have lost was finally getting to me. My father, Mizzy and now Y/N, how will Vincent handle knowing that his only family member left is dead? Should I even tell him?

I sat in a clearing and thought trying relax. I start breathing steadily and I hear the same laughter Mizzy laughed after stabbing Y/N. I turned to see Mizzy standing there. "H-how!?" I asked shocked but happy she is alive.

"I was brought back Kal, I am now a Shadow Knight. I am just like you, but you are on the wrong side. You think Zenix and Laurance are going to defeat Shad, no chance! Leave them Kallie, your fighting skills are being wasted if you stay in the rebellion." Mizzy explained holding out her hand hoping I will join her.

"And what if I don't want to and I want to stay in the rebellion?" I asked. She simply smirked evilly and I knew what she meant. If I stay in the rebellion I will suffer the same fate as Y/N. I hang my head low in defeat. Mizzy smirk and turned to walk away.

"Good, now we need to bring someone back. We are going to mess with some feelings." She laughed before walking away to the Shadow Kings Castle.

When we got to the Castle I noticed Y/N lying on the altar to bring her back to life. Shad must have sensed our presence and turned around to face us. "I see you got Kallie to join us." He smiled walking towards us. "You were so pathetic to think you could defeat me. I am glad you decided to join us instead of staying with those two... Insults of Shadow Knights." His smile grew bigger as he grabbed my chin.

"I didn't exactly get a choice!" I spat at him. He let go of my chin and walked over to Y/N. "Why kill her only to bring her back!?" I shouted taking a small step forward. He waved his hand over her and her skin came back to her normal skin colour.

"Because both you and her are useful to me. Now Mizzy, do your thing." He commanded. Mizzy stepped in front of me and before I could step back someone grabbed me from behind. I turned my head slightly and saw Gene. Mizzy waved her hands in front of my face and everything went black.

Mizzy's P.O.V: (still not over XD)

Kallie soon passed out and now it was time to change there memories. I changed Kallie's first, in case she woke up seeming she is a light sleep (Ha! That is a big fat lie, I sleep like a dead person... Bad choice of words, continue). I changed her past and the feelings she had for all the people. Her past now shows that she was hated by everyone apart from her family, including me. Also her feelings towards Zenix, she will now hate him and he is the reason she is a Shadow Knight. Once I was done I moved over to Y/N. I kept the part about her town being burnt down and being Aaron Guard, but the one thing I changed was that it was all Laurance's fault.

"Okay Shad, it's done. Are you sure my brother would have been proud of me for doing this..?" I asked. He smiled and looked around the rest of the Nether. He signaled me to stand next to him. I walked over and stood next to him.

"I believe he will be very proud of you. You realize that Y/N knew your brother was going to sacrifice himself, but she didn't want to tell anyone. She is the reason he is gone, but you have me now. We are family." He said putting his hand on my shoulder. "Now, go take Kallie and Y/N somewhere in the castle so when they wake you can tell them what happened." He ordered turning back to stare out to the Nether. I nod and turn to Gene who was already carrying Y/N.

'I have to carry Kallie...Great! She killed me and now I have to carry her.' I moan in my head. I walk over and pick her up then follow Gene. He walked up to a room with a three symbols. Kallie wolf tribe symbol, the elf symbol and a symbol I have never seen before.

"You three will be staying in this room." He simply said opening the door and walking in. He placed Y/N on the bed that had the same symbol as the one on the door. I placed Kallie on the bed with her tribe symbol and then sat on the bed with the elf symbol. Gene sat with me. "You look confused about the third symbol, Goddess symbol. All I know is that the symbol no one, except Irene, knew of." He explained.  "The Goddess was Irene's sister and every female child after the sister would have the goddess power and would know everything. No matter how many times you try to change her mind, it won't work. If Shad finds out about Y/N's true power then he could use her power to kill Irene. I may be on this side but sometimes I wish I chose to be on the rebellion. I know the fate of those who go against Shad, so it is too late to join the rebellion." He sighed. Then there was the longest silence.

After about half an hour of silence, Gene started to lean closer to me. He kissed me and at first I was shocked but started to kiss back. "You two should get a room." I heard Kallie say. I broke of the kiss and blushed making Kallie laugh like mad.

Finally Y/N woke up and she seemed really sad. Kallie looked at her and she looked annoyed. I did make it seem that everyone hates her... I ignore Kallie's annoyed face at Y/N and felt the happy caring side of me coming back. "Y/N, are you okay?" I attempted to smile but the smile never came. She shook her head.

"I thought he was my friend. He is the reason I am like this..." She trailed off. She then flicked her head up and her eyes were completely red, she didn't even have pupils. "He will pay!" She shouted in a demonic voice. Gene and I left the room concerned about Y/N.

"Gene, what have I done..? He is using me, isn't he!? I knew I shouldn't have trusted him!" I shouted, however only loud enough so Gene could hear.

"All I know is that you have done something that could destroy us all. But, I will help you fix it." He said before kissing me again.

'I can't be dragging Gene into this...'

And that is the end of the book. You died and now you are alive again, but you hate Laurance. Which means... Sequel. However please give me time to think and write other stories this one has taken a lot of time and I also have exams at the end of the month so please don't expect the sequel this month. Maybe next month or July. Okay Bye~
