Elliot's POV

When we got home everything was still blury. I still only saw shapes and colors. I wanted to ask the person closest to me what was going on. It was Jc. "Jc is it just me or is it really blury." I was getting scared now. "No, why are you seeing blury?" he said worriedly. "Yeah I can only see shapes and colors." I said waving my hands in front of me like I was trying to touch something. He kneeled in front of me and said, "Can you see me clearly here?" "No, I can't see anything." I said starting to cry. He hugged me and said, "Its okay. Its gonna be okay." He stroked my hair until I calmed down a little. "I'll go tell the boys, you wait here." Jc said. He left and I was alone not being able to see anything or anyone. They all ran in and Ricky sat in front of me. He held up his hand. "How many fingers am I holding up?" he said worriedly. "I don't know 4? I don't know." I said starting to cry again. "Its okay we'll fix this." he said holding my chin up. I just nodded. He picked me up and took me to the car. "Not to make this anymore awkward than it is but, who's our dad?" Avril asked. "That would be me." Connor said raising his hand. "Cool." she said.

When we got there I held Trevor's hand tightly. I was really scared. What if I'm blind? What if they can't fix me? So many "what ifs" that I couldn't think straight. I pulled to the side and backed against the wall. I started crying but Trevor comforted me. "Its okay you'll be fine. Don't worry." he stroked my hair. He picked me up and brought me to the waiting room. All the baby shows were on the tv so I just sat on Trevor's lap and waited. They finally called my name and I went in. I was terrified. "Daddy, can you stay?" I said sniffling. "Sure" he said as he sat next to me. "What if they can't fix me?" I said. "Don't think like that. Think positive." he said as the doctor came in. "Hi you must be Elliot." she said in a perky voice. "Yeah thats me." I mumbled. "So whats seems to be wrong?" she said. "Well she can't see very well anymore." Connor said. "Okay lets do a quick eye exam." she said taking out weird tool thingies. She checked my eyes with a flashlight thing and told me to read letters on a board. She turned off the lights and used a big machine that made bird noises. She left and me and Connor were alone for a while until she called Connor into the hall.

Connor's POV

The doctor took me into the hall and told me, "Mr.Franta, Elliot is blind."
