You woke up to music playing from downstairs. Today marked the 4th year of you and Michael being together and every year Michael always did a scavenger hunt for your anniversary. You giggled as you jumped up and ran down stairs. Sure enough, there was a boom box on the kitchen table with a note on top of it. You smiled and started reading it. 'Good morning baby girl and may I say this has been the best 4 years of my life?!<3 Although I can't see you, you look adorable standing there with a little smirk plastered on your face.' You stopped reading it and laughed. '.......You just stopped and laughed cause you knew I was right. Anyways....... Why don't you put on something, slip on some shoes, and head to Starbucks.' You did as Michael commanded and got dressed. Then you slipped on some shoes and drove over to Starbucks. When you got there, a familiar face behind the counter looked up at you and smiled. "Hello (Y/N)." Jamie said with a smile. Jamie was an elder guy who had been working at Starbucks for quiet some time. "Hi Jamie!" You replied with a polite smile. "You are sure one lucky gal to be with that Michael of yours." He winked, "Here's your (your favorite Starbucks drink)." You thanked the sweet elder guy before you went back to your vehicle. Once you got in the vehicle, you read the next note. 'Are you enjoying your treat? I knew you would. Now that you have something to wake you up more, head over to the fair. And you know what game to play from there.' You followed what the note instructed and you played (Your favorite boardwalk game) After a couple of tries, you finally won. Instead of having you pick something pinned up, the guy handed you something from below the counter. A wide smile came across your face when you recognized it, it was the plush pet you won Michael on one of your first dates. You thanked the guy, who was smiling at you, before you took the note off the plush pet and read it. 'Man, you haven't seen old Ted in a while have you? And you remember where I bought you that really cute outfit, at (Your favorite store name)? Why don't you go there?' You rolled your eyes with a laugh before you ran back to your vehicle. You drove yourself over to the mall and went into your favorite store. When you entered the store two people from behind the counter looked up at you and started talking, then they motioned over. A little smile came across your face as you walked over to them. "Today is a special day, happy anniversary (Y/N)." One of them said with a smile as the other passed you a box with a note on it. "Thank you so much." You replied. You started blushing like crazy as you slide to the side and read the note. 'Alright, now you're getting super close to the end! Of course I had to spoil you with another outfit. ;) So, go change into your new outfit then head to the place we met. Btw, look for some rose petals! You got whistled at here and there, but you ignored the guys. A few fans asked for your autograph and you stopped to sign whatever, then you went to the park, where you guys met. You stopped the vehicle, when you saw the rose petals on the ground, and climbed out of your vehicle. You started following the trail of roses and it lead you to the playground. A smile came across your face and you instantly got flashbacks to the time you guys met. "Hey beautiful." Michael said with a smile. You looked up and saw Michael at the top of the playground, in a tux. He jumped off a pole and slide down the slide, then walked over to you. Instantly, you hugged Michael tightly. "Happy anniversary sweetheart." You muttered against his neck. Michael smiled and pulled away, "Happy anniversary to you too baby girl! And I love you, a lot. You know that right?" He asked. You laughed, "Well of course!" Michael laughed before kneeling down on one knee. He pulled out a little box, with another note on it, from his pocket. You hand covered your mouth and tears filled your eyes. Michael smiled up at you, "Here's your final clue." He said as he raised up the box. "My beautiful (Y/N), you're the best thing that has ever happened to me and I love you so much. You bring me so much joy in life and I don't know what I'd do without you. Will you walk down the isle with me and allow me to change your last name to Clifford?" You read out loud, your voice was trembling due to you crying so badly. Michael then opened up the ring box and allowed you to examine the ring. Still choking on tears, you finally nodded your head. A laugh came out of Michael's mouth as he placed the ring on your finger, then he picked you up and spun you around. "I love you." You whispered when he sat you down. "I love you too." He said with a smile. Later on you discovered that Michael hired a private paparazzi to record every year's scavenger hunt. Then Michael made a disk out of it and played it as your guys' wedding!<3
