"Dare." I replied to Michael without hesitance. "I dare you to ask out that (Y/N) chick." Michael fired back with a smirk. And that's how it all began.

A couple weeks after Michael gave me the dare, we were back home when I ran into you at the store. I was walking down one of the isles, when suddenly I ran into you. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!" I exclaimed. I grabbed onto you, to make sure you weren't going to fall. "I-it's okay." You stuttered. "....... Calum?" I starred at you blankly. "It's me, (Y/N)." You replied, making my mouth drop. Last time I saw you was when the boys and I were still attending school. You had the nerdy look going on, glasses and braces. I've spoken to you a few times and you seemed like a really sweet girl, but we never got close. But now the glasses and the braces were gone. Your beautiful, rich hair flows down your chest and ends around your mid back. You were wearing no makeup, making your gorgeous eyes stick out. You were wearing a sweatshirt, shorts that came down to your knees, and a pair of Ugg boots. You looked absolutely flawless and I was starting to believe in love at first sight. Even back then I thought you were cute. "Cal?" You asked, waving your hand in my face. I shook my head and fell out of my trance, "Oh, sorry. Hey!" I replied with a smile, before I opened up my arms. A beautiful smile grew on your face, showing your beautiful white teeth before you wrapped your arms around my neck. "Jeez, you've gotten tall!" You exclaimed, causing me to laugh. "Or maybe you just shrunk," I shot with a wink. You scoffed a laugh and playfully hit my stomach. "You're still a jerk! And holy crap, you've gotten ripped!" I laughed and did a little gun show for you, causing you to giggle. "Same old Cal I remember. Glad the fame hasn't changed you! How's your career going?" I smiled. This was my chance. "Well I'd love to tell you about it, but I'm actually in a rush. How about you come over sometime and we'll catch up?" I suggested. "Maybe even you could catch up with Mike and Luke." Your cheeks turned a rosy red, "Oh wow, I'd love that!" You replied.
