I was leaning against the wall thoughts of the kiss ran through my mind "why did I do that ,why didn't he kiss back is it something wrong with me" I buried face in both my hands "maybe I should talk to him about it" Just then I heard the doors fly open and Nick scream "medic!!" I looked as the girl named nessa ran down the stairs I couldn't see what was going on cause everyone was crowding around whatever it was I made my way down the stairs and forced my way through. When I got through everyone I was shocked by what I saw I saw kai bloodied down half of his abdomen "who did this" I asked. "He did" Nick said pointing to the zombie of Aaron who was moaning and groaning before Nick had had enough and hit him over his head with a steel rod taking off a huge Chunk of his head I watched as Nick took out his shot gun aimed it at the zombies head and with the pull of the trigger taking it clean off this was oddly satisfying after what he did to my kai wait did I say my kai I meant...u-um shut up!!! I looked back down to kai who was now bandaged up but still looked half dead by now I growled pushed nessa out the way to rush to his side "ok kai I'm gonna tell you this only once you can't leave me here alone so don't die on me" I said tears clouding my vision "please!" I shouted I used the tip of the bat to hit him a few times to wake him up but to no avail with tears in my eyes I leaned down closer to him and placed my lips on his and kissed deeply but I didn't feel a kiss back so I sobbed a bit a began to pull away but before I could sit up I felt to hands grab my neck and pull me back down to my surprise kai was holding me down in a kiss I could have gotten revenge by not kissing back but his lips were just so soft I just closed my eyes and kissed back I could hear everyone behind us cheering I blushed as I Pulled away from him he smiled at me then sat up "I'm sorry shanii you just surprised me back there" I slapped him across his face "don't you dare do that to me again I was scared don't go dying on me or I'm gonna kill you" I smiled at him and hugged him tightly And kissed him again.
