I don't know why I'm following this random girl who just almost hit me out of a steel rod but I guess I do need some new clothes so why not trust her for now And if anything goes wrong I can always run so we walked over to the place which used to be a clothing store I took up a broken piece of bored and me and the girl cautiously walked into the store luckily it was empty we pulled down the shutter it had slight tapes in it so we could at least see what was going outside while we changed I ran through the store looking for some clothes it was the apocalypse but hey I still have my style I ran through the store grabbing a t-shirt some jeans and a leather jacket I ran into the changing room throwing on everything as quickly as I could I jumped out noticing the girl was staring at me slightly "what is it" I looked at her with a cheeky little smirk" it's nothing" she blushed slightly looking away "well spend the night here" she said rushing off I followed behind her to see that she used chairs and blankets from the store I chuckled slightly impressed "so I'll take first shift" she smiled at me "nah I'm cool I don't need to sleep" I smirked. "You sure" she raised an eyebrow "100%" I smirked as she layed on the makeshift bed I went next to her looking up at the roof she groaned "I can't sleep" I chuckled "well then guess we''ll both stay up" I smiled "oh yeah I never caught your name" she smiled at me " oh yea the name's kai" I replied still looking at the roof "um I'm shanii" she smiled at me turning to her side. "So what's your story " I asked her turning to be face to face with her. "Oh um I was with my mom and my sister when I heard screaming and my mom ran outside and got attacked And my little sister got attacked while we were running" she spoke with hurt in her voice "I didn't have time to check on my mom and sister so I don't know if they're still alive or not" I sighed looking over at her she punched my arm slightly "hey cheer up" she laughed "guess we gotta be optimistic" I wasn't even done talking and she was half asleep
