What should I do?
I looked around the mansion and saw the TV, well, I think that'll do it, I sat down trying to keep myself busy, well the others are, why not do it too
I turned on the TV and the news quickly flashed
"Oh what now" I said groaning
"Here we have Kim Myungsoo, The president of Bangtan City, starting the meeting" the reporter said, I furrowed my eyebrows and a lot of things came into my head, shit, I think where this is going, I saw that it was live so I quickly grabbed my phone and texted our groupchat, well running around this whole big mansion sure is tiring if I called them one by one

Yo, stop whatever you're doing and come here downstairs, there's an emergency
I saw them all read my message and I saw them hurriedly running to me
"What happened?!" Jin exclaimed holding my shoulders panting
"Are you alright?" Suga said slightly tumbling down the sofa
"Guys I'm fine, that's the emergency" I pointed the TV and they hit me
"Yah, just watch you freaking sadistic people" I said and they chuckled sitting beside me
We were intently watching the news, eyeing every movement of the president, I have a very bad feeling about this shit
The president now stood up and we all are now in each other's world
"Good Afternoon citizens of Bangtan City, what a lovely day we have, right?" The president said starting his intro
"Just get into the point you bastard" Suga said making the six of us chuckle
The sudden change of emotions from the president tensed me up, his cheerful vibe earlier became a dark and scary one
"I, Kim Myungsoo, the father of two, president of Bangtan City, declare starting 7:00 in the evening, all crime will be legal" his words made me clenched my fist, no fucking way will he do it again!
"Is he crazy?!" Namjoon exclaimed
"He has something up in his sleeves" Jungkook said making us look at him
"This rule killed his wife, I'm sure he's going to take advantage of this new rule, and I know that even his children doesn't know about it too" Jungkook trailed off and we looked at the TV seeing his daughter and son in a state of shock
No way, I don't want to lose someone again
"Within 18 hours starting 7 in the evening, the purge will happen and no one can stop it" the president said and was about to go out off stage when the reporter asked him
"Is your family involved?" The reporter asked
"Yes, I want to be fair and square" he said before leaving the stage
The TV was turned off none other than Hoseok
"Let's go and get the security cameras checked" Hoseok said and we nodded
"It's already 3:00, we have 5 hours more to get ready" Namjoon said hurriedly going to the basement to collect the weapons
I kept frozen
why does this Kim Myungsoo wants to follow his dad's footsteps, I lost my family and bestfriend because of the purge and I'm not letting my friends be harmed, I don't want to feel emptiness again
"Hey Jimin, wanna help?" Taehyung said sarcasm in his voice
I nodded and helped him secure the cameras so we have a full view from the outside
Hyoyoung's pov
"I hate using you again but I need to" I said talking to my revolver
"Gone crazy?" I looked back and saw my assistant slash new bestfriend
"Don't get me started YoonJi" I said rolling my eyes as she chuckled
She walked towards me and held my shoulders
"I'm never a fan of your dad's decisions" She said which made me chuckled
"Same" I said and took of the towel from my head
"Go and get ready, your dad wants to see you" She said walking out of my room
I sighed and picked a small knife as I placed it in my upper thigh with a strap to keep it in place, I then grabbed another one and placed it at my waist along with a loaded gun, I then put on a bulletproof vest for safety
I untied the bathrobe and was left naked, I made my way to my walk in closet and chose a black sweater and a tshirt inside as I paired it with black ripped jeans and a pair of black huaraches
"Hyoyoung, someone's here looking for you" soon as I stepped out YoonJi told me
"Who is it?" I asked fixing my hair in a messy ponytail
"She told me that the two of you are best of bestfriends before" She said scoffing
"Don't be jealous YoonJi-ah" I said patting her shoulder before meeting the said girl
It's her, I haven't seen her in a while since then
"Minha, what brings you here?" I asked
"I want to join forces with you, I'm now alone and you're the only one I could think of" She said
She's my elementary classmate if you're asking
"Please just let me" She said with pleading eyes
I pity her, this stupid rule makes me want to punch the hell out of my father to make him snap back to reality
"Fine, I'll let you" I said and she hugged me tight
"I promise, you can trust me" She said
