"Marine!" I heard a very particular boy say behind me.

"What? Are you here to get your "Revenge?"" I asked, jokingly.

"Ha, ha. Not yet, but I will get you back." He said. I rolled my eyes. "So, I was wondering, my friends and I are having a party, and I was wondering if you'd like to come?" He asked.

"Nope." I said, almost immediately after he asked.

"Why? Have you ever gone to a party? You would have so much fun." He said. I smiled, because I knew he didn't understand.

"Felix, would you like to go to a party where more than half of the people hate you?" I asked him, but humbly.

          "No..." He said.

"Well that's the case for me. I punched one of their most adored friends, and I dated the school God! Who was in fact already dating the school Goddess!" I said. He frowned.

"Well... Okay I can see your point. But now I'm curious why did you date the school God? I've been wondering why you did. You seemed like more of a person with common sense. Like why would you do that when Allie was dating him?" He asked.

I hesitated. "Um... I'm not sure you'll believe me. It seems so stupid." I said.

"Marine, I'll believe you. You're not the type to lie." He said.

Okay... Honestly, I didn't really pay attention to that stuff, so at first I had no idea he was dating Allie. Then when he asked me out he said he broke up with her. He just lied, and I had no clue because I was oblivious to what was happening. I had other important things to deal with. Then everyone hated me all of the sudden. Even my own friends. That was when I found I didn't have any real friends. But I soon enough found out that it was because Malcom was cheating on Allie with me. And I had no idea. I guess he was just really immoral and was just terrible, but unlike a lot of people in this world now, I have good morals." I informed him. He actually looked shocked. And I had to laugh at how ridiculous he looked.

"I wasn't expecting that to be your response." He said.

"Don't worry, no one would, and most wouldn't believe me." I said.

"Wow, I'm so sorry. Malcom was such an idiot, I hated him in the first place. He acted like he was the best thing in the world." Felix told me. I chuckled.

"Sounds like someones hypocritical." I said.

"I do not think like that!" He said. I chuckled more. "I don't!" He said. Then a light snort came out and, I didn't know why because it wasn't even funny, I started laughing my head off. Then Felix started laughing, and we could not stop. I thought we were gonna have abs by the time we were done laughing. We tried to stop then we looked at each other! We didn't even know what we were laughing about.

"Okay. Well, have you completed what I told you to?" I asked.

    "I have actually." He said.

"Really?" I said with doubt. Without thinking, I kicked him in the shin. He cursed. "Liar! You have not! You would have not sworn if you weren't such a liar!" I said, with a smirk playing on my face.

"I haven't gotten into the habit of it yet! Habits take a long time to develop! In fact my teacher said it takes about 66 days! It hasn't been 66 days!" Felix said. I rolled my eyes.

"Maybe so, but in those days it develops. Besides I heard you swear when you were nearly late to class, when you dropped your phone, when you were checking out some girl, when your camera nearly broke, when you forgot your English homework, when you got hit in the head with a soccer ball, which was hilarious I must say, and there are many other times where I have heard you swear through out these past two weeks." I said.

"Have you been stalking me?" He asked with a look on his face that said he was weirded out.

"No, it's just times I just was around by coincidence, and I heard you swear. That's how much you swear." I said. He was quiet, proving my point.

"Any way, I haven't caught you drinking, smoking, or getting drugged up, so I am going to count on your honesty. Have you been doing any of that crap?" I asked. Felix smiled.

"Now that is the one I have kept to. I haven't done any of that, "Crap" as you say."  He told me. I raised an eyebrow.

"Good because that was my first assignment. Megan and I are going to the library now, you're welcome to come with." I said. He smiled wider.

"What are you going to do?" He asked.

"Do homework, talk, stuff like that." I said. I said it so calmly but inside I was jumping up and down. It had been so long since I had a real friend, and someone to go to the library with other than Jared. Megan was a real friend, I could tell.

"Sure. I mean if Megan's okay with it." He said.

"let me text her." I said. I texted her, and within about thirty seconds she replied.

Megan: Fine, but then I get to bring a guy so he won't be awkward.

I smiled. "Yeah, it's okay but she's bringing a guy too so you won't be as awkward." I told him.

"Okay, sounds good to me." He said. We walked down the stairs together. Then when we were nearly off the stairs, Millie, one of Felix's "Friends" tripped me. I started to fall forward with a yelp. I felt a hand grab my arm, and pull me up to them. It was, of course, Felix. He was holding me close, and looking concerned. "Hey, are you okay?" He asked. My face was red with anger, fear, and embarrassment. I nodded. Felix turned around and there Millie was. When she saw that Felix saw her, she started to walk more up the stairs. Felix rolled his eyes.

"Did you just roll your eyes at Millie?" I asked.

"Yeah, why shouldn't I?" He asked.

"Because you guys are friends." I said. He shrugged.

"I don't feel like being friends with her, and her friends right now." He said.

"Um, thanks, for you know catching me." I said.

"No problem, I wasn't going to let you fall. I would be even more of a jerk than I already am." He said.

"I think your other friends act like jerks more than you." I said, starting back down the stairs. When we got to the entrance of the school, there was Megan, with none other than Mac Tillinsky. Mac was a tall handsome guy, who was pretty nice, as far as I knew. I looked over at Felix, and he had a slight pained look. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked him.

"Yeah, just some memories." He said. I looked at him suspiciously, but I didn't question any further.

Megan had a big grin, and she waved at us. "You two ready?" She asked. We both nodded. "Then to the library!
